Absolutely agree with this. We don’t play a style that aids any of our players. Juric is no better than Martin in that he plays a style that he obviously likes even when we play worse with it. Aribo and Smallbone as a starting CM pairing in the prem was the end of the afternoon for me.

Arguably we did. We left an in form player at Burnley who subsequently decided he didn’t fancy coming back to us. If he could have carried that form into our side perhaps we’d have seen a different outcome.

BBD and Archer as your first and 2nd choice strikers stinks of relegation. How BBD didn’t even hit the target with his late chance I do not know. Dibling again excellent and we seem to have the start of playing ok but the divving about at the back and lack of quality up front will kill us.

But for being able to bowl out Kent last week and , was it Warks? Earlier in the year we could be celebrating a Championship today despite not really getting started until about 4 games in!

Think he has been worse than poor so far. No threat to the goal. Poor weight of pass and limited quality of first touch. Not helped by the tactics but his shithousery levels need to be backed up by being actually half decent.

Looks like Ipswich have probably brought themselves a little PSR issue in the next two seasons if they don’t stay up. Not sure how sellable their buys will be.

Feels like the perfect time for HR to start typing up their 11:15 lament about how difficult it is to conclude transfers during the summer window and how we’ve tried really hard but we’re fully behind Russell and feel like we will be ultra competitive with our bestest squad ever TM.
