In the champ certainly - in the 6-1 game against Wolves he made the best save I've ever seen live... never seen a replay of it to back my memories up though...

I possibly agree - but I think he's a very nice person (matters to me if noone else) and a great captain to add to the qualities you highlighted. I am very pleased to have Davis in goal and I would not want to replace him with any goalkeeper in this league and not many from the Championship either

No question is a bit harsh. Tissier was a lazy player with little ambition. At least Dia really wanted to play for us and his strike in the Leeds game was excellent. To add to this he clearly impressed Souness in training. IMO HCDAJFU HTH

Anyone know what the Torquay goalie is like? I assume he's not all that if Poke is normally picked ahead of him. Lambert could have a fun night?

I'm a big Gillett fan (6ft...) and think he has a terrific work-rate at CM and protecting the back four. Then again I've not seen enough of the team this season to know if he fits into the current set up.
