CM2 was the best... Arthur Petrossian (Armenia), Tommy Svindal Larsen, Erik Nevland, Jermaine Wright (yes, him!), Colin Murdoch from Preston for £5k, Bjorn Heidenstrom from Leyton Orient... I would do anything to play this game again.

It was a light hearted poke at todays "youth" but I'll bite... I'm 26 and have been employed since I was 17 having opted out of attending university. It's called being prepared to work ones ar$e off in seemingly dead end jobs to build up experience before you become attractive to prospective employers. That and moving to where the jobs are. I moved to London in order to find work and don't regret it at all. I also now know that with my experience and track record, there are lots of jobs in Southampton I could virtually walk in to, due to my experience in that there London. Being a spotty oik fresh out of Uni with a 2.1 expecting the world to be handed to you on a plate is not enough. You have to be able to sell yourself to prospective employers. Not make them ask the question "can I afford to hire this person?" but rather "can I afford not to hire this person?" I'm not saying this is the case for you but I am saying this is the case far too often. If you can get them to ask the 2nd question, you are on your way. I don't like to come across as arrogant but I have been on both sides of the interview on numerous occasions and would consider myself an interview specialist. I genuinely cannot remember receiving a rejection from any interview I have been to, including interviews down in Southampton when I was younger and also a few years ago when I considered moving back. If you go to uni, study something relevant and then come out of university trying to get a job in that field then I respect what you are saying. I've seen far too many people come out of Uni having studied History, then go and become a trainee accountant. Pointless.

Did you watch the pictures from the recent riots? Would you want to offer any of them work? Me neither.

Got a feeling they'll let him go, bag some compensation and bring O'Driscoll in for nothing which in all fairness would be a good move for them. A bit like when we "let" Burley take the Scotland job.

I think the word you are looking for is Reem.

I'm trying to work out if this thread is in bad taste or not...

Rickie could play for England. I wouldn't say there is much chance of it but I don't think he would let anyone down either.

It's a very extensive network. If he's a Danish international, I would be absolutely certain he is known to us.

The sexual tension between dune and 1976_Child is palpable...

Jimmy Case?

Antonio was 100% a pace merchant. I actually wouldn't be adverse to bringing him back and sticking him on the bench against wear legs with 10-15 mins to go but I guess that what we have Forte for. He was a very useful player in our first year in League One and I bet he is furious with Reading for preventing his permanent move here because they thought they could squeeze more money out of us. Davies was a quality player in his short stint here but is being held back by injuries. Shame, as for me he's been our best defender since being relegated and would be an ideal partner to JF if he was fit and capable of 40 odd games a season. McGoldrick is horse $hite. The less said about him the better. Who's Anthony Pulis?

Love how the video shows them all wading through with big grins of their faces still though. Apparently February is a hot, dry time to go so hopefully won't experience being waist high in water unless its the sea or the pool.

Massive fan of Thai food anyway, I plan to eat as many curries, prawns, lobster and crabs as I can get my chubby little paws on!

Great info, much appreciated. I've got no problem haggling, in fact my Mrs is even better at it than I am.

I dont mind 30 mins. Presumably taxis are fairly cheap by our standards over there anyway. Is renting ones own scooters a no-no over there?
-
Yeah I had heard the immediate area is pretty quiet but to be honest, that will suit me fine during the day. So if we fancied a bit of atmosphere and few drinks by night where would be our best bet?
-
So presumably by that token, you think Newcastle fans should be aggrieved if they finish outside of the Champions League places?
-
Lazy as in assuming the performance at Leicester was poor just because we lost?
-
I'm not really sure what the area is. The hotel is http://www.amari.com/vogue/ Hopefully this will mean something to you as to where in Krabi it is! Cheers!
-
Cheap works for me. Nice one mate, appreciate it. Will look in to the places mentioned.

Owned by Walmart, decent company to work for to be honest.
-
Why would you be worried about our showing against Leicester? We played like Barcelona in the 2nd half and were cheated by a blatant foul for their 3rd goal. Alps, I think you need to grasp the fact that just because we lose, it doesn't necessarily mean it was a poor performance.

Dare I ask why not or am I being dense and this is some reference to lady boys that I am not getting?!
-
Great advice, thanks. Shame about the side by side massages mind... haha!

Yeah nice one, be interested to hear what he says. Cheers.
