Before the games were staged at Wembley, the venues used to be decided once the draw for the semis had taken place, so yes it was a neutral ground.......

I do wonder if the board were hoping Pellegrino would resign, thus saving them having to pay compo. Mind that would now appear to be a very false economy.

Perhaps Kat will buy back some of shares she sold, for about a 10th of what she sold them for. The Chinese might be desperate for ready cash............

Just had a glance at all the current managers in the Championship, right down to the two at the bottom Coleman and Clough. Any one of them would offer an immediate improvement on our current manager. I expect it would be same story in League One.......

It's all kicking off at the London Stadium. It's just such a shame wham are there for the taking, they will stay up by default because we are so sh!t.....

Fire him BEFORE the Wigan game, might have a chance to win it then. Who knows we could have the consolation of a cup win in that case.......

Just boardroom/management hype to sucker the gullible( potential investors, fans, sponsors) into thinking Southampton were a well run organisation. Where in reality the evidence is now that Saints are the worst run outfit in the EPL.........

Just heard breaking news of another managerial sacking, it turned out to be Cotterill at Birmingham. It's the hope that kills...........

Wouldn't it have been cheaper just to pay up Pellegrino's contract.....?

They don't know you are in Cape Town, or they didn't. Club must be worrying about the likely take up for season tickets next season........

I'd have thought the Saints job would be attractive to any half decent manager from the higher echelons of the Championship downwards. If/when we do go down, at this stage little blame to the incoming man, and the possibility of keeping us up and getting all the credit....

I wonder if Silva has already told Saints he's not interested in that job either.......?
