I think there is. We all work to guidlines about how good a squad can be and thus hard to over/under rate teams. As for individual players remember it is down to personal opinion also for non Saints players the researcher for the teams sees them play alot more than you as they are likely to be season ticket holders. I only do the Southampton data, you'd have to ask the relevant researchers on the SI forums. As for Lallana, he has very good stats for his age and experience on the game. Also very high potential which is reflected in the game.
