That is a good thing surely! Dyer is doing well in the Championship and Saints are in League One. Btw different type of players Dyer/Tyson.

My only worry is that we'll miss them as we head in opposite directions and don't get to play them. i.e. Pompey go down this season, Saints miss the playoffs. Saints then go up to the Championship next season and Pompey go down to League One. I'm sure I could live with that series of events though. But would prefer to have two games against them in the Championship.

He didn't say that at all! It is £40m of money coming into the club since the takeover. Yes, that includes loans but is also gate money, merchandise etc etc Basically all income since the takeover.

If Saints play 451 like they have been then all 3 can play. As for is he any good. He is one of the better central midfielders in the Championship and has been linked to lower Premiership clubs so would be a massive coup for a League One side.

Not of the questions asked in the OP. Saints got into trouble last time because they had a large mortgage on the stadium and an overdraft. That just won't happen under Liebherr. Saints haven't overspent imo on any player so far.

He said "as far as we know". Saints may well be after right backs but hasn't reached the media or ITK fans yet. Personally I doubt a right back will join Saints until the summer at the earliest.
