Dean Lewington is a nasty piece of work HOWEVER... having chants about his hair colour is little different from chants about someone's skin colour. Him being ginger is nothing to do with him being a prat. Would you say "well done lads" if it was a chant against a black players skin tone chanting "You f***** look like a Mars bar?"
