IMO, he raised his arm to shield the play from the attacker on his blind side, and lost the flight of the ball, which had looped up and then came down on his outstretched arm........amazing that we can all see different things.

On their way to get married, a young Catholic couple was involved in a fatal car accident. If they were allowed to get married in Heaven, should they get married, what with the eternal aspect of it all? "What if it doesn't work? Are we stuck in Heaven together forever?" Another month passed. St. Peter finally returned, looking somewhat bedraggled. "Yes," he informed the couple, "You can get married in Heaven." "Great!" said the couple. "But we were just wondering; what if things don't work out? Could we also get a divorce in Heaven?" St. Peter, red-faced with anger, slammed his clipboard on the ground. "What's wrong?" asked the frightened couple. "OH, COME ON!!!" St. Peter shouted. "It took me 3 months to find a priest up here! Do you have ANY idea how long it'll take to find a lawyer???"

For what it's worth...............bullsh1t. IMHO of course. I won't list the reasons he should not be here, but they are well documented. Don't think that a couple of wins, makes up for all he is responsible for.

That's Johnnywetyourpants for you, he does this to every thread, even the ones he starts. He is a troll, and sets it up to degenerate into argument, by aiming insults at everyone.................just a troll.

Never really had a definate opinion, one way or the other. Two wins back to back, has really got the feel good factor going in many, but beware the 'A' word, many here could be throwing themselves off the Itchen......we have far too many false dawns.

I think this is a great idea, I have believed for some time, that a MLT statue should be commisioned, but agree with the many others suggested here. I like the wall idea (Hands up if you have a brick or a slab with your name on it!!). With all this in mind, I would like to see a commitee selected, to raise moneys for this great adventure. Buisnesses could be lobbied, and collections made at every home match..........this could take off chaps/chappesses. Get behind 'SASM'.......Duncan as Chairman;););)
