Agreed, perhaps the answer is that the VAR is for the officials to decide on, but give the managers two calls per half, that they can use outside the officials call!
That's no secret, just the Echo stirring things up. Hoydt, Long, Austin, Elyounoussi, Forster, Clasie, Carrillo, Soares, Hesketh, all senior players, all discussed on here as not wanted.
:lol: I'm in tears, I really am You have been slagging JWP off for ages, just think, homegrown and a gem, but in your eyes, a waste of space. Priceless
Rather than VAR, which could disrupt the game, give each manager, two reviews per game. ie, if a goal is scored against them, that the players thought was offside, the manager can ask for it to be reviewed. Works in cricket.
Goes to show, that you have no clue about football, and what a footballer is. The boy is clearly a talent, but it's to be expected on here, for posters to slag off our youngsters. Thank fook you and your like, don't pick the team.
I'm sure there's a few he doesn't rate, if he is seeing what we see. Time will tell who gets moved on. Getting rid of a player on high wages, that no-one wants, will be a challenge (see Forster).
Would it not be better to play a youngster who isn't good enough, but is likely to improve with games, than an oldie, who isn't good enough, never has been, and never will be. Just asking?
