Here in Oz, the AFL have interchange subs, they can come on anytime for a player, the player gets a quick breather, then then the sub goes back off. So how about 3 subs and 2 interchange subs.

What I want, is a/the manager, to play an attacking team against the second from bottom club, at home. Instead, the tinker man plays one up front…..criminal. Yes, we are not the richest, but we have to match the more talented teams with endeavour, sadly missing yesterday.
