For me, it's not about the players (I'm sure we have creative players), it's about they way they are being told to play. you cannot be creative, if you play sideways sideways backwards football. RH needs to go, his football has become tedious.

Our players have to be attacking the opposition goal, to get free kicks.

It also means he becomes a 40+ goal scorer over a season, no way we get to hold onto him then!

Sorry, in my opinion, that is not the biggest problem. The way he has them set up to play, is the biggest problem, snail football, every time we gain possession, we allow the opposition time to re-group, which blunts any attack we try to launch. Terrible football.
