I noticed we passed to the opposition several times before Redmond came on. No one called the offenders out on here. The criticism of redmond is hysteria. I know he is off form but ........

Bring on City!! I thought Foster looks a very commanding presence stood between the sticks. His facial expressions are enough to make strikers hesitate.

Surely taking steps to avoid relegation takes precedence over Redmond's feelings

Tonight's results have gone in our favour. For goodness sake take advantage on Saturday you Reds!! I think Ralph is loosing the plot with his team selections and timing of his subs (Redmond last match comes to mind). Time is not not our side though.

Ralph has probably effectivley destroyed Jan's confidence playing him at RB and it will take time to restablish his rapport and connection with Vest when he resumes as his partner

I lost count of the times Redmond lost the ball. He should have been taken off. All our corners and only once did we head the ball. when Salusi headed over. A very poor nervous display all round.

I would not be surprised to see Forster in goal. Bednerack is needed as a CB to partner Vest again please.

Why, when Tella has not been good enough all season to start a game. was he overnight suddenly good enough to start? I know this was no why we lost .But still? I have a feeling we will not be seeing much of Redmond in future. Poor Bednerack must be at a low ebb now being hung out to dry at right back. With Romeo out I fee real trouble ahead, especially with KWP out too. Everything seems to be conspiring against us injuries, VAR. Then whistle blowing affair was the coup de grace. What else can go wrong?

I was only yesterday thinking of the days of Brian O'Niell and John Mc' Graph (spelling?) and their tackling, when Lo and Behold a post appears on this thread, about them. I remember cards in cereal packets written by the ex arsenal goalie about various players attributes and one said O' Neill was the hardest tackler in the league. Poor Fisher got a broken lag clashing with the same goalie.His broken bit of leg went at right angles to the rest of his leg.

redmond can do nothing right for some people. I like him.
