Palace, who are 1 point above us, play today at 1500hrs. Let's hope they loose - and of course we win tomorrow!
-
If Brighton beat us then all the critics of R's selection of resting players will be justified. Let's face it Vest and Jan's were not rested and they were not injured physically, but probably their confidence was.

bring back the Alehouse brawlers
-
I thought Redders played quite well up front with some sharp passing. It all went pear shaped when he was put out wide by big H. Our penalty award was after his shot was pushed for a corner.
-
When a manager says he enjoyed watching his team lose 5-2 we really are in trouble. I shall be glad when the pandemic is over and Saints are televised about twice a season. Then I will not be suckered into watching their every game.
-
Just dawned on me Tella not playing. What on earth is going on. Redders better turn up today!!
-
What has Macca done to merit his place back. Frasier must be sick
-
FF dropped FFS! Ralph has thrown in the towel with the bizzare line up
-
In that case we will, as predicted by the doomsters, loose. 3 minutes time we will know the selection.
-
Time will tell.
-
I think we should try and get a point or three in the bank tomorrow. No guarantee we will beat Brighton whatever team we play
-
Why not play him tomorrow and rest him on Saturday against a poorer team.
-
Man U have proved MAN CITY are not invincible, so let's give it our best shot,- literally. It would be such a boost to Saint's morale. We beat Liverpool so why not City? Tella is fresh so give him his head.
-
I noticed we passed to the opposition several times before Redmond came on. No one called the offenders out on here. The criticism of redmond is hysteria. I know he is off form but ........
-
Bring on City!! I thought Foster looks a very commanding presence stood between the sticks. His facial expressions are enough to make strikers hesitate.
-
Clean sheet coming up/
-
I am recording the game to watch after it has finished. Could not bear to watch it until I knew the result. Plus have visitors. Seems I have a good goal from Adam to look forward to. When the BBC text" said "goal" my heart went into my mouth until it then said Che scored
-
Redmond is probably a nice guy. He cannot help being out of form. But please Ralph put him out of his misery and don't select him today
-
Surely taking steps to avoid relegation takes precedence over Redmond's feelings
-
Tonight's results have gone in our favour. For goodness sake take advantage on Saturday you Reds!! I think Ralph is loosing the plot with his team selections and timing of his subs (Redmond last match comes to mind). Time is not not our side though.
-
Ralph has probably effectivley destroyed Jan's confidence playing him at RB and it will take time to restablish his rapport and connection with Vest when he resumes as his partner
-
I lost count of the times Redmond lost the ball. He should have been taken off. All our corners and only once did we head the ball. when Salusi headed over. A very poor nervous display all round.
-
I did - see my earlier post on this page
-
I would not be surprised to see Forster in goal. Bednerack is needed as a CB to partner Vest again please.
-
Of course - they are only human. They must wonder what else can go against them after yesterdays fiasco of a ref.. Route one in future please Ralph
