You, my friend, have too much time on your hands. Quality.

So, according to the BBC Chinneys debt is £19m of which £12m is secured. The CVA process might be interesting as he only accounts for £7m of the debt. How does the rest stack up?
-
I recall that too. And hen you think that allegedly we ad a bd of £7m rejected for Hooper in Jan (although subsequently spent £1.8m on Sharpe) there could e a nce little pot for Nigel to spend if (when) we go up.
-
Did Nigel just say 'KPIs' in the Sky pre-match interview??

Control the controlables is a favourite. Gets the bosses nodding all the time.

This what football is all about FFS. Three years ago we had nothing. Sit back and enjoy the ride. Even if we don't make it this year we have many many great seasons ahead.
-
Best case for them is L1, a ten to fifteen point penalty for exiting this Administration without a CVA, and having to build a squad from scratch. Don't think they will see any of the PP money as it will all go to football creditors. And they'll still have a sh1thole for a ground and no training facility. I say again, best case. IMO.

Football, eh........

Not just proper nawty, but proper clever too. Bet the rozzers haven't planned for that manoeuvre.

There seems to me to be a goodly number of steps missing between Birch being the Administrator, and PST buying the Club (including the Ground) for £5m.
-
But their owner is a property developer with gangs of navvies sat on thier thumbs at the moment, and building materials at rock bottom prices. Makes sense.

You would expect that Leeds, Bounemouth, Luton et al will be keeping the FL honest on this one.

St Louis Ask the club to organise a collection point at a home game - in the store perhaps - for people who want to donate old kit. -
The thing is he can provide cover for both left back and centre back. In that sense he frees up other options on the bench as NA can use him in place of both Martin and Harding. Add one striker.

We didn't go into Admin to avoid our debts, we were forced there by Barclays for breaching the overdraft. Everything was up to date at that point, and the Adminstrator would have paid his way as well. As we were bought out of Administration you imagine the creditors would have needed to be satisfied. There's a big difference between what happened to us, and that lot down the road.

Duh, not another one. Or I guess Arsene can have Shaw for £15m
-
This why the is no risk to the players in deferring wages. The PL/FL are already deducting football debts from the payments so whatever happens in the HMRC case won't affect them - they're just sucking more life fom the corpse.

You should know by now, if Guly is fit, he plays. Billy on the bench.

Is this normal behaviour by SFC for people buying hospitality packages?

I blame the parents -
He is not buyable. Reasoning is he is worth far more to us currently than anyone would be prepared to pay.

But it doesn't get you off the £80k. If the house sells for less, you still owe the difference - just unsecured. You could get out of that by declaring yourself bankrupt. That's the path. We really don't know enough here about Chinny's charge. He could take possession I guess. Also I'm not convinced the Council can just summarilly issue a CPO, surley that would be subject to all sorts of legal challenge. Several chapters of this book remain to be written I feel.
