I see him as an old fashioned manager. He buys well, gives the team a shape, and then lets them play. If it goes wrong its because the players weren't good enough, or they didn't play to orders. Our Nige is more of a modern coach imo. Nige will tinker with the shape, and can affect the game in progress by tactical nouse. He will make good players better.
