Registration of new charge on Southampton Football Club Limited
Faz replied to trousers's topic in The Saints
In most loan agreements, a change of ownership provides the funder with an opportunity to break the loan. As part of the Due Diligence process, the new owners will have sought confirmation of the loan terms, and the lender's willingness to continue to provide the finance. As rooney posts above, I believe it is normal practice to require the new owners to sign a new charge - this will prevent the new owners claiming the old directors acted outside of their remit etc etc. -
Registration of new charge on Southampton Football Club Limited

There really isn’t anything to see here. Darlings of Saintsweb, Everton FC, despite being saved by multi-billionaire Moshi, have charges registered by the Industrial and Commercial Bank of Ch8na. Liverpool despite being owned by mega-fish Fenway Group, have charges to RBS and Barclays etc etc. -
Assuming he wants to stay in the EPL, and play regularly, then either us or West Ham are likely destinations imo. Not sure he would fancy going North (I have no reasoning for that statement). It could also be an option for him taking a bigger pay packet to be a squad filler at Chelsea.

Isn't the TV money paid in 2 installments, so this loan is to even out cash flow? Many similar deals done in the past. The new charge may be to reflect the change in ownership. -
I hope Harlem Hale makes it, just for his name. And Harry Hamblin.

When people moan about JWP, Redmond, Long, Tadic, Forster, etc etc, I look back fondly on the likes of Palmer, Ripley, Widdrington, Maddison and Beasant and remember how good we had it back then.

I swear a couple of times he lost the ball just so as he could win it back again.

Well I thought he did ok today (no surprise, eh?). Pleased to see him take on Valencia on the outside.

I’m guessing you don’t have a day job?

I appreciate the urge to take everything literally, but that was not my intent - obviously Eriksen and Saleh are different styles to Redmond. But if you want to compare end product; Last season Redmond scored 7 and created 37 chances. In Eriksen's equivalent year 2014/15 he scored 4 and created 42 chances. The following season was a big one for Eriksen - let's hope the same is true if Redmond. I'm sure we all want him to succeed.

Everton showed some of United's limitations in the 2nd half on Sunday, despite eventually conceding late goals. This might be the game to go three at the back and push the full backs on: Ff Yoshi VVD Hoot Cedric Bertrand Romeu Lamina Davis Long Gabby

This s all a little bit sad. She's going out with someone else now. Move on guys.

You've got to love this place. He's 23 - probably 5 years off the peak of his powers and has a lot of very positive attributes. Will he ever be Messi or Ronaldo? Probably not. Could he progress to be a Saleh or an Eriksson, maybe. The main criticism seems to be that he isn't Mane. Which is ridiculous. We are a top half team who occasionally unearth gems, but who by and large have top half players. Of which Redmond is one. And well worth the £10m we paid for him. Bournemouth paid £15m for Jordan Ibe FFS.

With JWp on the bench, obviously someone has to get it. So today it's Redmond.

Have we had "papering over the cracks" yet?

You're right, you are no body language expert

Which season was it when Pelle was here that he didn't get a game?

After a significant amount of time spent investigation trends in club crests, their association with Brand, and how that Brand engenders trust and loyalty, my considered opinion is that we should change it to a cock and balls.

I remember watching Bertrand for the U23's after a long lay off (not as long as Virgil's). Not only was he awful, he was lucky not to be Red carded for a horrendous tackle. A few days later he appeared for the first team and was bang on it.

I blame Eric Black, or Les Reed. Oh feck it. I get confused.

Anyone thinking the objective for VVD is anything other than to run around for 90 minutes without getting injured is maaaaaad
