Hardly hypocritical is it when in one post you castigate Wilde for the decisions he makes, and then say you would be prepared to take those same decisions. But hey-ho, enjoy your march.
-
Ah yes, how close to being taken over by one of the richest men in the world were we then?
-
FFS, this is football, not warfare. Within the environment we are discussing, yes it was courageous. I suspect you would not have the guts to make those type of decisions. How dare you even infer there is some sort of correlation between the trite crap we all spout on here and lives given. I suggest it's you that needs a dose of reality. Oh, and whilst Crouch says he was onside with the Bank, he says a lot of things that turn out not to be quite what they seem. For the record, I'd quite happily see the back of the lot of them. I don't support any of them, but as I don't have the funds change it, I'll just have to grin and bear it. I'd prefer not to join in character assasinations without knowledge of the facts.

Whilst I bow to your near-on 3000 posts, please forgive breaks in transmission as I have a life ouside the internet. He wasn't sacked.

Really? He was courageous enough to buy 18% of the club. I suspect it took a lot more courage to get back with Lowe (for what must have been pretty compelling reasons), and in the sure and certain knowledge of the opprobrium that would follow, than you or I will ever have.

Bloody hell! I agree with OSM. Think I'll have to go and have a lie down. Nurse!

The same Rudi Skacel who has been trying to get way since last January?

How many do you expect to turn up for the protest saturday?

If you could explain how you would fill the vacuum, it might help persuade others to turn up. -

There will be more police than marchers -
This whole thing leaves a bad taste. What are LCs motives I wonder?

I'm surpised a man of your obvious intelligence hadn't already considered that may, in fact, be the truth of the matter. Or it may not. TBH it doesn't really matter as you'll slag off anything and everything. Good job we didn't let a 2 goal lead slip tonight or there wouldhave been carnage on here.

OS Confirmed Michael Svennson - New Assistant Coach

Is this the same source as the "we are to be bought by Arab businessmen for 21p a share" rumour of yours? -
Frankly my dears, until there is a viable alternative, I'd stick with.
-
We will not go into Administration.
-
I know, lets take one piece of uncorroborated evidence about one player and use it to castigate the whole team and regime. It's not like we got to the frozen north, outlasted another CCC team, and scored a goal in the last 10 minutes of the game is it?

True, but its not uncommon for loan notes to be re-negotiated. The issue is whether NU would make more renting the stadium (and it would have to be at an affordable rent otherwise what's the point), or re-negotiating the terms. Either way, there's a long way to go before Administration - which should be avoided at all costs in any event. IMHO -
If you reach for the stars.................

Yep. The stadium debt is what £20m. Interest cover is, at present rates, say £1m. Sell Surman (who wouldn't want to stay in L1 anyway) and you've covered 2/3 years. If you don''t think NU wouldn't look to come to some agreement you're mad. What would they want with a bad debt of £20m and a football stadium? At best they would sign it and the loan over to a New Southampton FC who, without serious financial backing, would still have a Stradium debt of £20m. -

I hate to disappoint the more paranoid amongst us, but this is hardly WWII, and I would in any event be a very poor Lord Haw-Haw. I'm only posting an un informed opinion - quite as uninformed as yours I'm sure. Cling to the administration lifeboat if you like, but it's a long way to the shore from there. -

Forget Administration FFS. Its not even a remote possibility. The Stadium debt is up straight, interest cover on the overdraft is £3-4k per week - less than we pay one of our infant stars. We'd be mad to **** around HMRC, and there's not even the merest rumblings of local creditors not being paid. Even if we go down the cost base will be further chopped (player-wise) and then with a reasonable run attendances go up and we go on again. There is a long term strategy at play here and, unless someone buys the club, that's the way it is. Like it or lump it. IMHO. -
That reads like a Party political Broadcast for the UK Independence party. All you need now is an ex-public school type to stand for election.

oh, and his role is left back. HTH Rudi.
