Exactly. Rasiak, Skacel, and Saga werent used and they have gone. John played on Tuesday and may start against Birmingham. The implication is that he will stay since we have offloaded Saga and Rasiak. No-one seriously thinks we could play a whole season with just McGoldrick and Lallana.

Agree with part of that. We must keep John and Davis. Quite happy to see Skacel go TBH and would also let Euell go, though I cant see anyone matching his wages.

I dont think many posters are unwavering in their support for RL. Its more case of him being the best option at the moment. I'm sure RL feels the same way. If a man with a good plan was to ever turn up bearing £100m to put the club back on its feet again there wouldnt need to be a campaign to oust RL - he would have beaten us all in the race to snatch the mans hand off.

Agree with Nick. Scooby has his own agenda. Ive no idea what that is, but its funny watching him pursue it. His targets are those with a blind hatred of Lowe who won't be influenced by rational argument anyway, so he does no harm and amuses many. Ive never been a big fan of burning books and all Scooby does is to hold a fairground mirror up to show the more extreme views for what they are.

He is right. Lowe's background in investment banking does give him access to good contacts. It also gives Barclays more faith in us. Those two attributes might, just might, make all the difference.

I read once (I guess its true) that there are 10 people in the world who can run the 100m in less than 10seconds, 10,000 who can run it 10.2 and 1,000,000 who can do it in 10.5. I think we've all done it in good faith - and worse. I was convinced the McCanns were guilty and posted some, in retospect, pretty offensive stuff about them which was almost certainly incorrect. Just goes to show we rarely know the real facts and shouldnt be too quick to judge.

Full marks for making the apology Tiger, reflects well on you. It does however prove again the folly of garnering something from a friend who spoke to someone (a steward) who had heard from somone else that......... and then repeating it as a fact. The same happened about the fans forum -when in fact again the club were well represented. It helps no-one who cares about the club. People reckon 'its just the internet' its not real so they can say what they want. The comments posted are real to the players, staff and directors who read this board and the stuff posted about them. It does have a corrosive effect. Anyway -cheers for redressing the post.
