  1. They are looking in the wrong place http://yfrog.com/3zh1ij
  2. Or brothel as they call it at p*mp*y
  3. Just a thought, but if NC insists the caterers serve beer ONLY in the Chapel, would he end up with his "Kop End" vision ?
  4. Fair point, things are different now than they were in the old days, with more immediate access to news etc. But whilst I appreciate your chain and your where you enter it analogy my biggest gripe seems is the very first link. Too many "stories" (Pardew to be sacked, season tickets etc) don't start of with "Something happens", they start of with "Nothings happened" > People gossip > Paper gets to hear gossip and "covers" it. I expect rumours / gossip / guesses / total bull**** on a fans forum and take anything I read on here with a pinch of salt untill backed up with facts. But I expect more than that from a NEWSpaper that charges for it's content (ok I know online it's free but the paper version is equally as bad for this). And that is a gripe at written media generally, not just the Echo
  5. Come on Dan, when did that all change then? Back in the "old days" when I used to buy the Evening Echo people' s conversations reflected what they'd read in the Echo. Are you telling us now that the roles have been reversed ?
  6. Wouldn't work would it. So we have a 32000 sell out including 5000 that have taken up your idea. 5000 more people with no tickets milling around outside on the offchance that any of the 5000 pay-as-you-g0 ST holders don't turn up. At what stage can the club assume you're not coming and release your seat ?
  7. When he joined he stated he would play for anyone for just £1k a week. He simply wanted to play and wasn't going to let a high salary put clubs off signing him If only there were a few more like him ...
  8. Apparently it was a Trades Descriptions issue. Anthony Pulis had been listed in the squad members section.
  9. Everton have a club shop in Liverpool One . They called it " Everton 2". Which means it's adress is ......... Clever Back on topic - does the Green Shield Stamp shop count ?
  10. Fresh Air. Every weekend when we are playing away the Bursledon windmill is switched on, blowing clean fresh sweet smelling air eastwards down the M27. It's the only way they can gt any away fans to turn up at their place.
  11. Green Man by 10:30 -> Stadium -> Green Man. Great day all round
  12. Maybe that's why they've insisted on keeping that huge block of empty unsold seats - just in case
  13. I wish
  14. Alternative theory. If they had been wound up yesterday certain "players" (I'm not taking footballers) would probably have been on the first plane out of here. Could a further 2 weeks of apparent HMRC sanctioned admin be sufficient time for the fraud squad (with Tanya's whistle blowing assistance) to collect any necessary evidence to take things a step further than a winding up case? 2 weeks worth of rope might be enough to hang themselves with.
  15. Judge calls for another hearing to establish validity of appointment, week commencing 15/3. He wants evidence of payments b/w club & BC... From bBC_Matt twitter
  16. I've got one on there so far And who is posting on there as TCWTB?
  17. Amended lyrics needed for this by tomorrow night
  18. I hear Ronnie Biggs is still looking for somewhere to invest his Post Office Savings Account
  19. I heard it live in the car. Seemed like he just got bored with the style of the questions . They did sound a bit like the sort questions a yts trainee would have asked on his first radio job .
  20. They drink Irn Bru and wear skirts - how "ghey" can it get ?
  21. From the bottom right hand corner of their official website. I wonder if they appreciate the irony of sinking ship now displayed as a wreck.
  22. Do you not find that most people receive good service wherever they go, whilst a few seem to attract bad service everywhere.? Maybe some (not all, there are always a few valid complaints) should be looking at themselves, not those doing the serving, before starting their whinging .
  23. oops ! All day at the Old Deer Park car park (surface car park on the A316 couple minutes walk to station) is only £7.50 all day on Sundays http://www.richmond.gov.uk/home/transport_and_streets/motor_vehicles_roads_and_parking/parking/car_parks/content-parking_richmond_area_car_parks.htm Agree with SNSUN though, helluva tube journey from there.

  25. So have I got this right. They owned their own ground, pretty much their only asset of any value. They owed Chainrai £17m Now Chainrai owns the ground They STILL owe him £7m (plus accumulating interest) which they still have to repay. They will have to pay him (up to) £1m a year to use the ground for 15 years. After 15 years they have nowhere to play unless the stmp up what he's asking for then (could be anything) If they default on one "rental period" within that 15 years (15 days more like) he can (presumably) evict them I wonder which Edition of "Running a Business for Dummies" they borrowed from the library before coming up with that one !
