Have you managed to get I player working with Tunnelbear? Tried it in Corsica last May, I-player still managed to block it.

Not believing it without ear lobe confirmation

2nd favourites at 10/3 behind South Korea at 3/1 on only odds I can find.... which if correct sadly means we can expect him to be away for the whole tournament.

Things could be worse. A lot lot worse

Said exactly the same to someone yesterday. It's like the season for us starts now. Once RH has us performing as he wants us I can see our form being comfortably mid-table. The important thing is getting us into that form quickly so we don't start from too far behind.

Possible re-siting of away fans at SMS

It really doesn't. Sit anywhere else in the ground and you'll realise the opposite is true. -
There goes our ITK training tip offs then. Also explains why Staplewood security have been issued with "Shoot on sight" instructions along with this picture

I can see exactly where the guy on the train (if he even really exists) is coming from. I mean, no other team in the history of the PL has ever signed a player who has failed to live up to expectations have they. A big wager earner sidelined due to lack of form? Nope, unheard of. As for payouts to failed managers, I think Souness was receiving more payouts himself from different clubs all at the same time than we are paying out to all of ours at the moment. No wonder train guy is laughing at us, he must have been following football for all of 6 months if he thinks our current situation is anything unusual Football, like all team sports, is cyclical. Hopefully in 2 years time we'll be looking back at the last 18 months as a temporary blip. Then again it could go completely tits up and we could do a Sunderland. Both scenarios have happened over and over again in football, and will continue to do so, but we aren't laughing at any of the other clubs (except one, but we had our reasons there), why should they be laughing at us.?

Love to see a similar article based on our current tactics. Think it would be considerably shorter, and the words "rigid" "backwards" "restrained" and "standing still" would appear a lot.

Agree with all that. X number of reviews per team per game, but a successful one doesn't reduce the number available. As for BIB, big screens not exciting enough. With today's technology Captain/manager/designated appealer could indicate an appeal to ref electronically for any incident whilst play continues, and the goal posts could turn orange whilst a review is happening, then red or green depending on the outcome. Players and spectators alike wouldn't be able to miss that and imagine the extra excitement/hope if you've just scored/conceded in an orange goal.

Too late, he's gone to Fulham.

Ironic that they sponsor trophy hunters but pick a football team that would fail to hit a cow's arse with a banjo

It was easier to make sense of a MoPo interview, and he wasn't even speaking in English. i think RK has a very overworked PA who uses a random word generator to save time writing speeches/soundbites for him, which he then reads out verbatim without checking them first.

One thing that Saints are consistent with - big announcements always come when we least expect them! Hopefully the start of another new beginning for The Southampton Way, or even a New Way

This, this and this again

Could be a bluff on his part. It's no secret we seem to take ages over appointments (managerial and playing) maybe the China story is hi way of saying "Give me the job NOW or I go elsewhere" Disclaimer: This post comes with a large serving of wishful thinking

Netherlands must be in dire straits if he came just to watch him!

And guess which one on that list was there yesterday according to Solent commentary (who saw fit to mention it twice in case we missed it the first time).
-
Surely with our current forwards' levels of finishing there should be no such thing as an expected assist in our statistics at the moment.
-
Not too dissimilar to problems on the pitch. Lacking a leader when the going gets tough. Yoshida looks like the only one even half willing to take on that role and he's only just found himself back in the starting line up.
-
That report refers to the pitch being laid and the goalposts put up. What else is needed to put on a match? If the pitch is ready they should be made to play in an empty stadium until it's ready to accommodate spectators.

Maybe we need relegation like we needed administration...

I'd love to see that EU "problem" challenged. The PL - and all other leagues - is a competition. As such it can set it's own rules as to who can participate. There would be nothing to stop clubs employing as many EU nationals as they liked, but if the rules of the competition was that at least, say 8, players on the field at any one time have to be home grown, then clubs would naturally look towards them first. EU rules also (I believe) bans gender discrimination. FA rules are that men and women can't play in the same team, because that's the rules of their competitions. -
Do you click off the privacy settings each time you log in?

Posting this from phone, my laptop has crashed 4 times this week, on every occasion it's whilst I was on here. Not happened at any other time and I've been on plenty of other sites in that time.. Can't be coincidence. -
Same here although since I changed the privacy settings turning all the options off it seems to be mainly empty shells where ads should be. Constantly getting an "X" about 3cm up 4cm across in bottom left of screen (laptop, firefox browser) seems to be approximately top right corner of where a floating ad kept appearing before I changed the settings. Clicking it makes it disappear but it's back every time a page loads. Also every page load runs through loads of "transferring data" "waiting for" and "loading" messages followed by various names in bottom left corner despite settings switching them all off.
