If you watch the highlites of the game you'll see Fox lost Adebayor for both goals, he was with him on the edge of the 18 yard box as he ran through for the first and stood behind him when he made his run for the second. He cost us two goals today, how people on here think he played well is beyond me.

1975 as a nipper it cost 30p to stand in the corner of the Archers under the clock.

If the rumours are true then this has been going on since about the Westbrom game, if thats the case why has the bloke not even bothered to learn English. He's had over two months but still can hardly say two words of English, very profeesional.

Snowboarding Courchevel early February.

Boruc probably should of saved the first and went total walkabout for the second, from what I've seen so far he is the worst of our three keepers.

Steve Williams buys old houses in Plymouth turns them into flats and rents them out. He's worth a fortune.

This quote needs to be stored for future use, I reckon it might come back to bit him on the ass big time

Liverpool tried it a few years ago and it failed miserably, it leaves the defenders too static, a player who is on the move is going to out jump a player who is relatively static all day long.
-
Three of the worst substitutions I've ever seen and zonal marking from corners cost us the game, did Adkins not watch Liverpool a couple of seasons ago struggle trying to make zonal marking work?

It's not just Lawro half of us didn't think he'd sign.....ok I apologise

Walking from SMS to Portswood area- best itinerary
scally replied to melmacian_saint's topic in The Lounge
You can walk by the Itchen if you go to the end of Priory Rd and walk around Horse Shoe bridge, this takes you to the walkway, loads of people do it all year around. Nice walk this time of year. Hope this helps, cheers. -
That makes it even worse then because nobody turned us or the people who joined behind us away.

I have just been to the stadium to try to get tickets, there must be 400 hundred people queueing and they have three ticket office windows open. We've got a 30,000 seat stadium with a 3000 seat stadium mentality, I thought we left this behind when we left the Dell.

If that article is correct then surely as TB's job is to get the best deal for the creditors then he must now liquidate the skates.

It would be interesting to know how many people have lost there jobs because of Pompey. Terry Clarkes company (Terry The Builder) used to be in Quayside Rd in Bitterne, they went to the wall about a year ago. How many more companies need to go bust before the skates are put down. Liam Buckler @Liam_Buckler @GregHalford15 why can't you comprehend as a pompey player that you have to leave NOW? If you/ teammates fail to grasp this then we're dead Mick Williams @mickwill @Liam_Buckler@GregHalford15 and players will get NOTHING in liquidation as well as everyone else. Sad times! #Pompey Phill Russell ™ @Phill_Russell Those 8 senior players should be ashamed of themselves. Poor staff being sacrificed once again. Players aren't bigger than the club #Pompey Liam Buckler @Liam_Buckler @mickwill@GregHalford15 baffles me that there are players still left. Oh, you really love the club? It really shows it. Ridiculous #pompey Greg Miles @Greg_KOS_sport If #Pompey get liquidated because 8 already well paid footballers don't want to lower their wages demands, they will have to go into hiding. Russell @RussellSFC Ben Haim remains on £35k per week yet normal members of staff of #Pompey get made redundant, absolute disgrace.

Could another scenario be that they stay in admin and Birch uses the parachute money to keep them going, there must be a reason he hasn't just shut up shop because as others have said he is liable for debts run up in his administration. Could this run on for alot longer than we think?

Anyone know anything about putting up a new light?
scally replied to the wedge's topic in The Lounge
That looks like the two blacks are neutrals and go together in one connector and the red is the switch wire and goes to the live of the fitting. If you've done this and some lights do not work then check to see if you have loose wires in the box that you have missed. -
When the rivers are as high as they are now why don't they pump some of that water into the reservoirs and fill them back up?

It was a blatant hand ball, the second penalty was stonewall, the only thing I don't get is how none of the fans behind the goal seemed to see it.
