IMO on second glance I think we should sign Ing's
-
at first glance, he's a poor mans jay rod, so na you're alright
-
this thread makes me chuckle already
-
What is there to argue with, saints say they aren't a selling club but sell the best three players in Shaw lambert and Lallana..
-
one of liverpools best players last seasons, ye good luck with that
-
ooooo, the lols on the thread are to much
-
looking back, the fee we got for Lallana is one of those 'take the money and run' can't see him being a starting eleven player come January
-
Jack Rodwell
-
Yea, but where you there when he scored against Manchester City, uhoh..
-
Unfortunately we as supports don't get to make that desision, hopefully the soft touch image of the club was only temporary..
-
Not sure who ****s me off more, Lovren or Gareth Rodgers, unfortunately the clubs in a position where it's nearly impossible to include Lovren back in the squad, I can see Liverpool offering 10 million in a 'take it or leave it'
-
even his name ****s me off
-
Maybe the case, but I'm sure he knows more about what's going on at the club than the average joe
-
interestingly on twitter @mattletiss7 agreeing with a saints supporter that the club and board lack ambition
-
West ham the only team to really strengthen as yet, however Southampton are the only team to sell nearly half there starting eleven ( Shaw Lallana lambert so to be Lovren and Morgan). Without the loss of those players saints would have still needed to strengthen especially In attack with Jay out. That leaves us with needing 7+ replacements, the alarm bells SHOULD be ringing, ala Sunderland. With preseason the squad should be gelling. The club looks weak to supporters, players and the media. The tough imagine is no more which NC worked hard to create, unfortunately saints look weaker and pathetic than ever, and you can't blame players for wanting to leave
-
a lot of what I can only describe as ned flanders on this forum, we could sell the stadium increase ticket prices, have forecast in goal and they'd still be smiling and slate anyone raising any negative issues. I don't think we need a panic buy but we desperately need a quality player to come in and steady the ship, how do you think it looks from a players point of view? You can't blame the likes of Lallana, Morgan, Shaw etc to want to leave
-
You must be the same sort of customer that shops in sports direct and thinks that joggers and a Lonsdale top look good on a night out
-
Cheap and tacky looking, but the stripes are back, so it's a start
-
So how is going to get the hallowed Number 7 Shirt?

Morgan -
sounds a promising player and a good replacement for Lallana, I'm not one to promote panic buys, but saints really need a player in asap for the fans and for the current squad

You really do come across as a tit -
The back pedalling speaks volume from posters on how low we've fallen..

interesting to hear from Weston Saint ( think that's the username) always seemed ITK in regards to Lallana -

Tos5er, left the club with zero respect, and I hope he gets zero respect from st Mary's on his return.. As for the state of the club, **** me I hope they pull something out the bag in regards to signings -
You can't blame the players, if I was Morgan I'd be looking for the quickest exit, they're closest to the club and can see our ambition going down the drain, just a small number of deluded lot on here can't.
