Yep. Ordered mine on Thursday morning and still not got them. The Fulham ticket I ordered on Friday evening has arrived though!

We'd have been stuffed in Division One anyway. Might be better for likes of Vince (who's had a shocking FC season), Briggs (who's barely been picked!), Dawson, Wood and Bates to have another year in Division Two. The batting has been really poor all year, despite the fact that on paper it looks very strong at this level. Bowling is solid enough at this level but lacks the cutting edge to consistently bowl sides out. We seem pretty capable of running through top orders (2nd innings of this game excepted!) but struggle to take the last few wickets. -
Marlow more than Slough I'd say.

You can get them direct from the Lord's website anyway, will just be more of a mix of supporters in there. -
Ignore. Got my ticket now!

Anyone else struggling to get through to the payment method? It gets to some 'SagePay' website and then doesn't get any further when I attempt to choose my card type. Or am I just being stupid...?
-
Done it at QPR (three times), Orient, Dagenham and Watford. Not ideal but is quite funny when you're winning and everyone around you is getting stroppy!
-
Very strange the club hasn't announced it...would definitely been keen on getting myself one but will have to wait until it goes online as I'm rarely in Southampton!

****ing hated that show as a kid. Scary stuff...

How many, Uhmm, 'Returning Fans' have you come across?
Berkshire Saint replied to Secret Site Agent's topic in The Saints
Lived in Maidenhead all my life and I honestly don't know any genuine Reading fans around here! Know a reasonable number who watch them but all of them also 'support' Chelsea, Liverpool etc. Was a little bit annoying to miss out on the title to them because of the Reading 'fans' suddenly reappearing out of the woodwork. Only proper Reading fan I know was a lad I met at Uni, who funnily enough lived near Winchester. Was at my cricket club dinner when we played them the other week and everyone seemed delighted at their win despite having shown no allegiance to them ever before! Suppose a lot of that was probably in part to wind me up...and it worked. -

I like Dawson and while he did a job there last season it seems ridiculous that we have two blokes who've opened in test cricket batting at 3/4 while he's struggling. Carberry has opened nearly all his career (and did for England Lions the other week) so it seems pretty obvious to move him up (despite his duck today!) and move Dawson back down to the middle order. -
Difficult to say at this stage but I can't see Sunderland going down with O'Neill in charge. Think Stoke are due a relegation battle after 4 pretty comfortable years in the top flight. West Brom, Norwich and Swansea are unlikely to do as well as they did this season and despite the Martinez love-in at the moment, Wigan will struggle again with or without him. Going to go for Stoke, Norwich and Wigan. Maybe Blackpool instead of Wigan if they win tomorrow. Fully expect us and Reading to be right in mix...West Ham will be fine if they come up.

Quite a good laugh down at York Road...went quite a bit in the first half of this season. Hopefully they'll have promotion battle to look forward to next season in the Southern Premier...or maybe, they'll get a last minute reprieve and stay in the Conference South!

Best away day in the last 7 years...

Preston in Championship relegation season was quality. West Brom in 07/08 under Pearson. Lallana's first goal for us! Leeds this year. Millwall this year. -
Want QPR to stay up as have a few mates who support them. Bolton and Blackburn would be my preferred two although Villa dropping would be mildy amusing for a bit.
-
How many times has that happened?
-
Can't bloody wait for this one. Staying in York for the weekend and seems like there will be a fair few Saints fans up there!
-
Barnsley anyone?
-
Game over. Barnsley are really ****.

Personally thought he was pretty good today. I always make an effort of watching him pretty closely given the amount of **** he gets and I certainly don't buy the 'lazy' accusations often aimed at him.. It really is as if some of our fans are just waiting for him to/enjoy watching him miss-place a pass.
-
That's the general consensus I've heard about Reading from some of their fans. Really hope their run ends soon, thought that once they went 1-0 down against Millwall they would struggle to come back from that I must admit though. Turkish is spot on about their fans...despite living 15 miles down the road all of my life, most Reading fans I meet also 'support' one of Liverpool/Man Utd/Arsenal/Chelsea etc. Is pretty amusing.
-
Decent atmosphere. Don't understand the few comments about Leeds support being ****...their kids in the South Stand weren't great but the North Stand lot were pretty ****ing loud. Been to about 35 grounds now and would have Leeds home fans as up there amongst the noisiest.

West Ham is the only one we've conceded this season isn't it? As the above says, he used to have a real knack of saving them!
-
Fair chance Sky will move this one, just hope that if they do it's 5.20 K.O. Keen to make a weekend of this in Newcastle I reckon. Pretty sure they moved Plymouth v Newcastle to a Monday night when Newcastle clinched promotion two years ago!
