Ticket Office's Achievements

  1. All Due to the awful driving conditions in and around Southampton I am concerned that supporters may try and make a journey to St Marys just to buy a ticket. I have therefore instructed our ticket sales line to drop the booking fee for today and tomorrow to ensure that only essential journeys are made (where possible). As a reminder, the booking line is a freephone number - 0800 2800 050 and for today and tomorrow there will be no booking fee on any ticket purchased. For info, sales for Exeter are just over 27,000 so far. Have a good Christmas David
  2. All a further 1176 tickets have been received and are now on sale. Sadly, without hotel rooms being included................
  3. just for info, the additional 600 arrived today. However, 370 of these are deemed as having 'restricted views'. We have therefore asked for more tickets instead of these 370, and which would take us into the 2000+ category. As of right now we have sold 1262 with a further 26 to sell. The additional tickets will be here tomorrow (hopefully) and then will be on sale immediately. We will update the o/s as soon as this occurs. Given that we have 10 days until the fixture, I would expect the final sales number to be close to, if not above, the 2000 figure thanks David
  4. Hi yes, we're open until half-time, just in case you're running late
  5. Sorry guys, someone got a little over eager. Tickets wont be on sale until 8am on Monday. Sorry for any confusion David
  6. not quite sure that was from me, but apologies if answer was blunt. The corners will only be opened if demand is there. We have 7000 tickets left for an operator to sell. This doesnt include corners or away end unsold areas.
  7. just under 26k sold so far. We have mainly just the Kingsland and Itchen corners, plus blocks 43 and 44 open for sale now (Northam Stand). There are other areas but these are mainly the odd single seat. Looking like the final gate will be around 28k at this stage unless many are leaving it until the last minute to buy
  8. Hi All I know there are issues getting through via the telephones etc. Hopefully this will make it clearer: 1) Phones. Seriously doing the best they can for us. The staff here at SFC didn’t know about the events of this week until after the announcement, so we have had no time to organise extra cover. We are trying our best and can only ask that you stick with us 2) Ticket Office. We have just 3 fulltime members of staff and these and some extra’s we have bought in have been on the windows non-stop, in some cases for 12 hours. This means that emails to us and phone calls are proving very difficult to get a response from. Again, as in (1) above, we have been caught out and are trying our best Please stick with us. I am sorry for all frustrations caused
  9. 1-3 not sold out yet, but they will be by kick off at the latest. Best bet is to get down here very soon David
  10. current figure (at just after 8am) is exactly 24,000 tickets sold for today. We have 4200 tickets left to sell before all areas currently open are full. We would then have to see how far we could safely move into the "away" areas. We should be open here at St Marys before 9am. The phone lines and online will be available until midday. The ticket desk in the Marlands will be available until kick off.
  11. current figure is approaching 23.5k. We have had a 7k walkup before on a matchday, so there is no reason to think we cant sell out. We are open until 8pm tonight also. Thank you all who have emailed me ideas for fund generation at this crucial time. Best wishes David
  12. just a reminder to all: Swansea do not sell on the day. Therefore, your last chance to get a ticket is 3pm on Friday (tomorrow). Any tickets purchased online or on the telephone can be collected on the day at Swansea. Hope this helps........
  13. Hi Andrei we have received your email and will gladly help you out. Our email replies are being bounced back, so feel free to email me again with another contact email address? regards David
  14. We'll have to wait to see what they say, but if memory serves they always prefer to sell lower tier first. I'm guessing thats why they have the free U-8's price to encourage sales there. With it being their tickets, we have to follow their instructions. We'll know more in the next few days, albeit some 2 weeks later than we would normally like.
  15. QPR have finally confirmed allocations and prices for the game at Loftus Road on Sunday 14th September – kick off 4pm These are: Upper Tier (1700 seats) Adult £30.00 Junior U’16 £20.00 Senior Over 60 £20.00 Young Adult 16-21 £20.00 Lower Tier (1400 seats) Adult £25.00 Junior U’16 £15.00 Kids U’8 FREE – prior to matchday (Accompanied by adult) Senior Over 60 £15.00 Young Adult 16-21 £15.00 We are hopeful of getting these tickets any day now.
