Whenever people say our staff turnover is ridiculous are they comparing that to other teams that they know have a lot fewer staff moving roles? Be interesting to know if they are basing that on fact or just randomly throwing it out there as a thing.

I thought that was described as trying to be "too clever" on here? Quite amusing really because that's how the club and Martin were described multiple times throughout the season yet it turns out they were clever enough.

Similar to me. I'd care more if England had some Saints players in the squad as they did with Lambert, Lallana etc. But then I'm really supporting those players to do well rather than the actual team.

There's already some games where we can't walk past the Northam from the Kingsland, it's just moving that section of closure to somewhere else. I think it's pretty much impossible to make everyone happy when doing stuff like this.

Pretty much this really. Worth giving him some sub appearances and playing him in League Cup games. Then if it comes to January and he's not being used we can loan him out.

Do pay per game contracts even exist nowadays? I see people mention them reasonably often but am not aware of any players actually on them.

There's one quote directly referencing him, and others which state "owners" which must include him as that's what he is. No doubt you are right about some of the posts, but for the others maybe people need to better articulate their thoughts rather than coming out with blanket, kneejerk, hyperbolic statements.

Is anyone asking for statues? Give them credit for this season while acknowledging they made a mess of it last season. That's all we need to do at the moment. Dragan's interview is encouraging. It's nice to hear more from the owner, especially as he's largely in the background and doesn't say much.
