I imagine this comes from those emails that they send asking for feedback after games. In the few times I have filled it out I have mentioned this sort of thing, and been positive about some of the more recent changes, ie opening the doors at half time and allowing people outside. More bars and food outlets can only be a good thing really, it's actually pretty nice going down there an hour before kick off, standing outside with a beer and chatting. For someone like me who lives to the East it's much more convenient than travelling past the stadium into town for a couple of pints before the game.

I always take my birthday off. Have done every year since I've been working. It's just nice to spend a day doing fuck all sometimes, or meet a mate and do some daytime drinking when the pubs are empty.

Didn't watch the game because I've been at an all day music festival in town. My main thought is that I'm really pleased for the fans who made a long trip for a largely irrelevant game and saw us win. Fair play to everyone who went.
