Likely only arrested those they saw try and punch a steward or a cop. How are they physically meant to arrest 5000 people in one go? They don't have a Christmas fund which is topped up from fines. They can't do that. What's the fine for running on the pitch? £100? Would cost more in police time to do the paperwork, just not worth it when it's done on mass scale. I reckon they'll watch the CCTV and see if they can nick anyone for public order offences or other assaults but that will be it. The club may identify some and ban them though, that's up to them.

Surely we've changed our system because McCarthy is in goal and his passing is erratic? Since he's been in we haven't played anywhere near the same amount of balls back to the keeper or sat with the CB's deep and knocked it about in our area. Whether someone prefers one over the other is irrelevant, because since he's been injured we haven't played the same as we do when Bazunu is in goal. McCarthy will surely leave, we'll either get Lis back or sign another keeper and Lumley will be 3rd choice.

Is anyone getting worked up at people on the pitch? As I said yesterday, happy for people to have a quick run around but then to goad the away fans and hang around on the pitch for so long that the players and manager don't get to come out and celebrate is complete twattery.
