We've found some common ground at last. Totally agree with what you have said. There is no doubt that certain elements / events of the day have been covered up, but this is more to protect the intregity / reputations / interests / jobs of these individuals. There were people responsible for the security of the USA who failed miserably on that day and indeed many of them would have been trying to cover their backsides.

But any sane person can see that the specific video supporting the conspiracy theorists is more floored than the so called plot that they are trying to uncover. So far we have: 1. We have a highly-biased-money-making-conspiracy-book-writing-anti-Israeli presenting 'evidence' 2. Those flashes are dodgy - go through the timelines again. They have been edited. 3. The eyewitness looks more at home on a Little Britain sketch saying "I don't like it" If you google all of the so called experts on that video, they are all linked to the same kind of groups. None of them are truly "independent" and are all agenda driven. Show me some INDEPENDENT evidence that is not linked to "truthers". If anything, these guys are conspiring to create a conspiracy. This is where I stand. At the end of the day, the Bush administration could have linked Sadam to the 911 attack and could have legimately steamrolled into Iraq the next day. Instead, they went for WMD which they couldn't get right. Do you honestly think that a regime that can't even tell a little porky about Iraq could pull something off on the scale of 911. I simply cannot believe they could. Most plots are undertaken by a small number of people. Take Enron, the biggest corporate scandal in history - only very few people were "in on it". With the number of people required to pull off 911, it would have involved thousands and are you telling me that out of this number, there isn't one single whistleblower? Sorry, I just don't buy it. If there is a cover up, it is more to do with the failure to prevent or respond to the attacks.

Go through my timelines and in their videos, flashes appear before and/or after impact depending on the point being made. The theorists state that the explosion was BEFORE the plane hit. The video on 51 seconds shows the front of the plane hitting the building with no flash. On 47 seconds you see the flash AFTER the plane entered the building. On 5.27 it is also clear as crystal that the flash was AFTER impact. Now look at 3 mins 49 seconds and the flash is now BEFORE impact. I still think it is clever use of windows moviemaker.

Come on Bexy. You quoted this video: Can you explain the following? Between 3 minutes 30 and 4 minutes 30, they talk about the flash and how it appears before the airliner strikes. Now go back to 52 seconds and tell me where the flash has gone (in their own video). They talk about the video being photoshopped by the authorities when it is 100% clear that the conspiracy theorists have doctored their own videos.

In the video they talk about photoshopping the pod out, but it is clearly visible in this video....but how do we know that it was not photoshopped in to suit the conspiracy theorists? Anyway, the video is bull****. Look at the video at 3 minutes 30....... they talk about the flash and how it appears before the airliner strikes. I watched the phone calls from 911 which was on last night. It was basically the voicemail / answerphone messages left for friends and family by those who died when the towers collapsed. The most moving programme I have watched for a long time.

I read about it today to find out what they did do. Totally horrific - they tortured the poor little child all the way from the shopping centre to the railway line. When they had finished kicking him to within an inch of his life, they laid him across the railway tracks to let a train finish him off and destroy the evidence. How the hell they can be released in just a few years and be given new lives is beyond me. Apparantly, one is now at university and the other having done his A Levels. If you can do that when your 10, you have it in you to do it when you're older. For all you know, he could be your next door neighbour. There is a strong case for opening up concentration camps for ****ers like these and letting them rot.

Watched that real crime last night with what happened to Jamie Bulger, totally sickening. Then turn over to the news to see Jaycee Dugard, shocked. Had a chat with my two 4 year olds this morning about being aware of strangers. They are into Chitty Chitty Bang Bang in a big way at the moment and part of the storyline relating to the Child Catcher (who tricks the children with lollipops) is quite useful in illustrating the problem. My two are very sociable and are of an age where they are very trusting of other people. It is a delicate balance between educating them to be aware of the dangers out there, without frightenling the living daylights out of them.
