Admittedly it's been a while since I've listened to it. I found it a bit dull too. Doesn't really flow that well. Seems like they're trying too hard but at the same time keep it very BBC. Nothing controversial. No real debate. No fun. Stick to The Football Ramble for now.

Anyway back to the subject. What I seem to have to mentioned to anyone looking from the outside in - We may have finished 8th, we're happy with that. We're just not happy with how boring it is to watch.

Interesting but not that exciting for the majority of fans. Something needs to be done about the atmosphere. Currently we have 3 singing sections. Itchen north, Northam and kingsland north. Often completely disjointed. The whole lot should be moved to the Chapel imo (as away fans can't be moved). With safe standing ideally.

He's off but I don't see it as good news. He's not a very good manager at all and apart from a run of 8-9 games towards the end of the season, he's been very underwhelming.

This all seems like bad news. More Blackburn, Pompey and Cardiff than Chelsea and Man City.

Indeed. There is no way there were 31k in the ground for the United game. From the Northam I could see plenty of empty seats in the top half of the chapel and plenty in the Itchen South.

This is why I don't think it will happen. Even if he did admit he made the wrong appointment, he'd probably take his time to actually sack him and then take even longer to appoint someone. Despite all this waffle we're fed about having people lined up for every position on and off the pitch, actions speak louder than words and his actions suggest that is not the case. If he's going to be sacked, it should happen this week or not at all.

It's rubbish. Really not very user friendly. They've ha d a few software updates which have improved a few things. But there's still a lot that needs improving.

I was also at the game. Easily more than 1000 empty seats in the top half of the Chapel alone. Saw a picture on twitter of the Itchen looking sparse too. Edit: here's the picture.

Heard today they are down by quite a bit so far. The fact we didn't sell out against Arsenal and the 1000s of empty seats (despite what the club say the attendance was) against United last night, seems fans are voting with their feet.

While you're at it, a copy of the one at Dean Court in about 2003 would be nice too.
