Spoke to my work colleague today about him. My mate is a Coventry lad and fan born and bread and lives there. He said it's common knowledge up that way that Mc Sheffery is a wrong un, he's caught up in drug dealing and that's why Brum are bombing him out, there are other players involved too...it's all very BENT apparently and McLiesh is having none of it. Shame really because he said Mc Sheffrey is a good player but has fallen in with a bad lot. Coventry were looking to get him back but lost interest when they found out about the situation. Not the first midlands player to get caught up in this sort of thing and I'm sure he won't be the last!! Just passing on what I have heard. Of course it could just be rival fans dreaming up things.
