I don't see any reason why not. He played regularly in Turkey last season, he isn't unfit far from it, he's as lean as anyone we've got.

I know our defenders are crap. And I would rather see the extra man in midfield. Problem is, Downes is our only holding midfielder and he's been pretty poor this season. So we're probably better off sticking with a 3 at the back with THB, Bednarek and Wood. Either that or try Frazer Richardson as a holding midfielder just running sideways across the pitch.

We finally use a centre forward that holds the ball up and gets on the end of balls into the box causing problems for the defence and you want to drop him after one non-scoring game for BBD. Onuachu deserves a run of starts.

I agree Archer should be alongside him but it's not for lack of pace. A couple of times he sprinted past players with the ball, his long legs mean his strides carry him a lot further.

It was bad but when he went off we lost a lot of attacking momentum. I would stick with him and try to work on ironing those mistakes out, he's only 24 and it's his first season in the league which has been hampered by trying to play Russball for the entirety of it so far.

I watch chances like that and I think...why don't we just get him stood on the corner of the 18 yard box taking one touch and shooting for an hour every day?

Best finisher still sat on the bench. We've got Fernandes, Dibling and Onuachu all causing problems for defences but not once have we played all three of them with Archer to see if he can finish what they create.
