Sold Skacel and Surman for £2million each, Davis, Euell, John, Thomas and released Perry. My trouble is - I haven't got a clue about tactics. I've got a great squad but we'll probably end up 24th due to me not having a clue I'm playing 4-1-3-2, attacking, little creative freedom, direct passing, quick tempo, always closing down and deep defensive line at the moment.
