  1. Without wishing to stir up a hornets nest, This is one atrocity that the conspiracy theorists seem to have left alone (Quite rightly to), when they have been all over other incidents within hours.
  2. Now, you have a history of talking b0ll0cks, but that is just hysterical.

http://www.huffingtonpost.co.uk/2015/01/06/ched-evans-oldham-athletic_n_6423468.html?1420625396 As per trousers post above looks like he has got his contract. I think it was hutch or hatch that said a few days ago they thought they had already signed him......that's looking a fair shout now.
  4. Just checked with someone (Geek) that should know. They cannot change the terms after you have parked unless clearly stated. You have a decent case..... as long as you can prove you parked there prior to any enhanced restrictions.
  5. Not quite true ...Pochettino was bonused on the amount of playing time given to young academy players...Chambers was as easy option but still started a lot less than Clyne.
  6. Phil Thompson suggesting Lambert wants to go on loan in January . They won't let him come to is but could see him going to Palace with Pardew

See - I told you I could be wrong :) - I thought this was a full blown appeal , which obviously it is not.

I think you misinterpreted my post. I am certainly not sticking up for him and have nothing but contempt for anyone that carries out anything like this. Disgusting men who deserve all they get on the inside and the out. However, and this is only it was explained to me, so happy to be corrected if this is wrong; Appeals are normally only granted when there is a strong likelihood of success, that the appeal will be upheld. Given the unique circumstances of this case, it might be something along the lines of a legal technicality or something like that, but from my understanding (Second hand so could well be wrong) his appeal does have a chance of success...... and if that happens, there will be plenty of clubs waiting to take a punt. I agree with unbelievable Jeff, that he would be better then to go and play abroad, but we will see. at the moment it is pure conjecture and he is a convicted rapist.
  9. Serious question....Would SG get into our team right now? As a dm....I would say no way, but if the legs were still there up front (Midfield wise)....probably

Doubt he will take it. He has an appeal coming up that he has a good chance of winning and then wont be a convicted rapist anymore...... he can choose his club outside of the prem.

  12. When we signed him and Koeman was asked about the option to buy, he said it wasn't that straight forward and the deal was very complex. Would be absolutely delighted if we signed him but cant see it happening.

    Wanyama?

Taken from the arsenal forum........... bingobob wrote: Shambolic stuff. Wrong team picked out fought in the pitch by a team that wanted it more. Wenger take your cost with you and leave already the team needs new ideas fresh impetus etc. Ps Wanyama once again brilliant he is the man we need in the holding role. Lad, stop pushing this Wanyama thing. He's a nothing player suited to small clubs
  14. http://arsenal-mania.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=2&t=324621 Always interesting to see what the others think of us. A few generally acknowledge us as genuine CL contenders and many before the match predicted a tough match, but felt we would struggle without Morgan. They are doing a pompey with Chambers who is fast turning from hero to villain One snippet (Post match) that made me chuckle; bingobob wrote: Shambolic stuff. 15. That's like being a snob but in reverse. Absolute nonsense and total guff.
  16. I'm going for final whistle at anfield. We had just lost 2 - 1, but we walked out of the stadium, knowing we would be fine and Liverpool would win fook all.
  17. Just bought two. Mods - Please delete other thread asking for a spare ticket, but thought this might help others
  18. Not sure if I stand a chance, but if anyone has a spare one, I can collect from where ever. Can pay cash / pay pal etc. Cheers
  19. I've taken the kop out on this one. I saw the picture of a family distressed on the front page of the BBC website and decided not to click the link, to avoid reading the awful news inside.
  20. One of the best ones yet. Where would Jose know Sammy Lee so well from? Nice touch by Mourinho to congratulate Fonte on his call up
  21. Some people just don't get football. As in the OP. Saints fans weren't amazing today, but they were good. Last season Chelsea were super loud..... when they were winning. Church mice before then and again today. Given the game, the situation and way the game was going, we (the fans) were ok. If titles and relegations were based on the fans performances; Chelsea would be in relegation based on today. Get over it - that's football and nervy games do not equal noisy fans.
