I thought I must have been asleep for 7 months and woken up on April fools day when I read posts like “Pootaloo Out” and SOS Hoddle……. There’s even a post blaming Davis for 3 of the 4 goals!!!!!!!!!!!!! Why on earth would we want to change managers again??? I was gutted about losing Pearson, but Jan has showed us (in parts) what he can get out of these youngsters and clearly set his stall out regarding the type of football he wants us to play. These boys seem to be playing for him (commitment wise) and whilst it’s not always coming off, prior to yesterday we had only ever been beaten by a single goal. There will be highs and lows for sure, but the only ingredient missing is “experience” and that takes time. Replacing him now means we would just start from scratch AGAIN. Total madness

Saints have a great history for top goalkeepers and Neimi is right up there with them. Add to that he was a really nice bloke and very generous with his time with the fans. Some great great saves....good luck Anti

He's got as long as he wants. There is not a chance in hell of Lowe sacking him, even if we were rock bottom and heading for relegation. This is lowes man, he has been after him for a while and the fact that he is on such s low salary means we wouldn't beable to replace him with anything other than another gamble. I don't like lowe and was angry in the way they dealt with Pearson, but Jan has to be given as much time as he needs. He obvioulsy knows his football, communicates well with the fans and seems to have the players respect..... you couldnt guarantee any of those qualities, with the salary the job pays

Someone pointed this out a couple of years ago on the old Saintsforever and it is absolutely correct. Brandfoot almost looked disapointed that Le Tiss had scored and told moody to put his top back on. moody over Le Tiss, should be enough to explain to anybody why that man was a disaster for Saints

That all makes sense, but we had been touting these players, the Echo (I know I know) had these players as all but gone...well certainly bwp and Skatchel, so i cant help but think something went wrong. I could be wrong and hope i am, but it doesnt make sense (To me) that are highest earners, who arent being played are still around.
