  1. Ive read the whole article (Theres two pages in the actual Echo) and not once, not even an ackonowledgement or a vague reference of an apology or recognition of his (Wildes) part in all of this.
  2. To be fair he is 31 days out and anybody that doesn't believe this has been a long term / well thought plan (Given the stunt we are trying to pull) is retarded. It may well have been plan "B" but this was discussed and agreed a long time ago.
  3. What a thick t w a t
  4. 19C we have polar views on the club and situtaion, but i am sat here numb regarding the future. I have no great affinity to Lawrie, with the exception of him being our most successful ever manager. My real gripe is that i truly belive that every mistake this club has made (That has contributed to our downfall) could have been avoided. I'm not sure you truly appreciate the mood of the city, when you live abroad, but whilst i hate the situation we are in, i do (To a certain extent) understand why some people are beginning to look forward........no matter where the starting place ends up to be. I dont want to fall out with other Saints fans and would always stand their corner normally, but we've had some **** times over the last few years and now is the time to look forward............no matter where that starting place is.
  5. Leon, Go to bed mate
  6. If they had a crystal ball, i'm sure they would have. It became a big **** contest, which ultimately meant Lowe had the biggest ****, unfortuneatley it didnt perform at the required times..........probably needed some blue pills as opposed to blue smileys:smt017
  7. When the FA decided shares owned by directors of clubs could be sold on the open market, for a personal profit. You can close this thread now.
  8. Far to simplistic. Sometimes you are spot on and others you are way off the mark..... that post is akin to Saints vs Man utd won't be on telly .....only much more wrong this time. Forget the personalities, they are not important (Anymore) but stop kidding yourself....and trying to kid others
  9. Do you not post from abroad? Do you make it back for every home game?
  10. I was thinking about this earlier on. I actually think this will have more of an impact on Woote. If we do get any points deduction we are down - He's out of a job. If we get new owners and go down - He's out of a job If we get new owners and stay up - He'll be thinking of what happened to Pearson. Given he knows the dates he was taken on and when Pearson was fired - He'll be thinking he is probably out of a job. He also pinned his colours very firmly to lowes mast, which if lowe has gone, will not help him. That's a tough set of scenarios to get motivated for.
  11. Thanks GM, but if the Southampton Football club Ltd has separated from SLH to avoid the points deduction, would the administrators have control of the Ltd company
  12. As Pancake has posted there is no formal information that SLH is in Admin, however Sky Sports news are stating it as fact. If that is the case does that leave Wilde as Chairman of the football board in charge?
  13. That's exactly as i see it right now
  14. If SSN are correct and SLH has gone into administration - and we are not getting a points deduction, does that mean that Southampton Football Club Ltd has already been sold???
  15. ???? By the club ??? Has the board meeting finished?
  16. I think we own part and rent part, though not 100% sure
  17. I think that will belong to dalek, who, if he has read this thread will now be in some darkened room, complete with tissues
  18. Its the economics of the stadium that ive always seen as the big stumbling block to administration, but i am assuming that St Marys stadium Ltd will be passed to the new owners, on the basis that Aviva transfer the loan note and are comfortable that the new owners can fulfil their financial obligations. One thing is for sure though, Aviva are owed 23 million, they will not walk away with 1p 10p 20p or even 30 p in the pound, they would either hold on to it or do something else with it, it it came to that, but new owners taking on the debt, would suit them perfectly.
  19. I hope all posters on the forum get to read this. Top post.
  20. No idea trousers..... thats your job
  21. I won't make any comments on business analysts But firstly, whilst Leeds did get a points deduction, to suggest he didnt find any loopholes to exploit in the taking over and keeping hold of Leeds post administration is wrong....see the threads from yesterday. With regard to our situation, i'm sure each case is different, but the FA rules are largely to do with Footballing debts. The CVA requirement covers all others, but in effect, if SLH sell the club (Which is one of their assets) and the new owners take on the footballing debts, the club is no longer anything to do with SLH, so when or if the old company goes into administration, it ceases to have anything to do with the club. ....... I'm not saying that's right, but that's how it seems. Now you have to assume that includes the overdraft, otherwise, BArclays would be shooting themselves in the foot (Unless this is lowe playing russian roulette and saying back me one more time or you'll lose the lot) Basically we won't know anymore details until after todays board meeting, but if the FA have confirmed no points deduction, i'm happy with that.
  22. Indeed, but the market cap of the club is only 2.6 million. I doubt if there is a bigger indicator of what a fair price is than that, so assuming somebody, is prepared to pay 2.6 mill, take over the loan note from SLH for the stadium and any other FOOTBALLING debts (Which none of us really know, how much or even if any there are) and you have yourself a football club.
  23. If the club is sold..... the new owners If the club isnt the administrator
  24. My understanding is that if the club is sold before the parent go into admin, at the point they do the club itself is no longer anything to do with the company in administration
  25. I assume this would be on the basis of SLH having a buyer for the club. Today is probably not the best day to start rumours or try and second guess, but what's the likelyhood of lowe being invloved with the new owners
