Terrorist Attacks - WARNING: CONTAINS DISTRESSING IMAGES
Gemmel replied to sadoldgit's topic in The Lounge
This really annoys me - Not even on the BBC website. -
Only Walker, Sturridge, Townsend & Rooney imho. Hart was outstanding, but that's not the norm and I wouldn't haven't him in over Forster. Sturridge on his day in incredible, but those days are few (Same as our strikers) but still good enough to get in. We should have bought Townsend. Would have our Center Half's over Cahill and Stones, noting that Stones has huge potential. Henderson , may be mascot or ball boy, but nowhere near the first team.

Real shame you've left it so late.

WBA away ...... with a very big caveat of ... I THINK
-
Lol you stupid dinlo - What planet are you on
-
Correct ...Season we got relegated to League one if I remember correctly. Paul Wotton & Stern John??
-
Good luck and safe travels to all those attending. Some of you will face situations (Going in and out) that will challenge you and don't make sense. Stay calm and you will be fine.... its actually just a game for them. Very jealous.

We could play a game - You're not sure or you definitely have never said / posted that ? Regardless - That is ******* sad -why so many user names
-
Indeed - Think Home game against Derby in playoffs
-
That's simply not true, a formal offer was made at (My memory is far from perfect) at something like 55% of current share price and was accepted by Jim (Little Scottish CEO) who made a recommendation to the board that the offer should be accepted, but rejected by the major shareholders. Ironically as things panned out those individuals would have stood to gain much more financially , had they accepted the deal, than they ever did in the end.

But you are only registered from 2014 and have insisted you only have ever had one user name and never had any other profile If Bullsh!t was rubber you would bounce.
-
I'm not sure Shilton had his finest moment in a Saints shirt (Tina or Shelia - can never remember), but the taunts were non stop Mark Wright and Steve Moran (I think) questioned on rape following a pre season game in the Nordics - No action taken
-
Well, well, well, that took longer than I expected..... but was always going to happen. Couple of snippets And the Blues’ board are presently calculating an asking price for attracting any additional financial presence The document contains Simon Colebrook’s treasurer’s report, detailing net current assets presently sitting at £53,818 in the Trust’s bank account :scared: :scared:.....someone better their arses in gear and get this new investment.... QUICK ‘This revaluation will be carried out specifically to ensure that any new investment pays a fair price that reflects the success of the club in removing debt and enhancing the assets of the club.....OK stop already It's the middle of the working week and I have work to do - But that's just too funny.

I posted on the other thread but also London Stansted to Turin - Still £15 each way (Ryan Air) and then a 45 minute train journey to Milan at 25 euros return
-
I think Trousers was being sarcastic :) Flights still £15 each way to Turin - 45 mins on the train to Milan 9 euros return
-
Exactly
-
What you mean better than 6 years of better placed finishes, Premier league & European football?
-
I was told the same thing a couple of days after the Watford game, from a work colleague who has absolute no interest in football and it had come from his friends daughter who works there. So unless there has been two meetings at Limewood, then it is probably just a story doing the rounds

Oxlade Chamberlain is a good example of this. In the transfer contract between Saints and Arsenal, certain payments were due based on how many minutes he played in matches, He would be routinely wheeled out on 60 minutes (It might have been 65 or 70 minutes, but you get the gist) to avoid payments for playing over 30 minutes (Or whatever the figure was in the contract) . Saints then claimed injury time counted and (Cant remember what body / Association had to settle the dispute) whoever arbitrated the dispute found in Saints favour.
-
Whilst I am 90% sure your posts are just a wind up - I will bite on this one. We would all begrudge him a move. He signed a new contract last season. Very different from other players sold, we simply couldn't replace him with what we could potentially get and what we could potentially get is worth writing off for another couple of seasons with him in the team. You are a school teacher ( thank fook my kids don't or didn't go to your school) and the school along the road (very unlikely I know) offers you three times the money to do the same job. It's a no brainer...........It is no different for players.

I think if you contacted the club, they would make sure you got tickets, failing that I am sure the posters on here can help you out.
