In fairness though Phil, the offer was accepted before these new ones cams in, so surely it's a verbal contract? Ah yes, couldn't remember what the site was called. As you say it's a very large area. Saw something in the Echo about it all a few days ago, they've built something already, I think it was only the recycling piece though. I know it's all a long way off, but at least the site move is underway, paving the way for the plans and all. 2 - 3 years isn't that long and hopefully the economy will have recovered by then.
