Pelle is so consistent this season. Mane ran them ragged. Solid at the back (I acutually thought William's free kick was a cross, Quinn thought otherwise? MS lloked fine apart from that drop but a clean sheet is a clean sheet. Targett made a few bad touches early on but had a better second half. Surprised we took off Cedric when he does have a good cross and would have been useful. Midfield: Ok with out creating. Im gonna say it,,, Davis and JWP are just not up to the rest of the team. They are good players but not top 8 where we want to be. I presume when Classie returns they will feature less but at the moment why not play Romeu? This always bugs me. Like when Shaw said Moses was the toughest player he has played against it is just an opinion, but also the players opinion. Luke Shaw actually picked Moses over many 'better' players but he felt he was the toughest, after all none of us have played agasint him. Just like if K D thought Dodd and Gardner were great, then they must be.

Liverpool for me, then Spuds, WHU, Mourinho's Chelsea, then finally Man U. Spurs seem to do transfer business very badley. Un-settling players etc.

Well, I wasn't panicking anyway but this result was very important. It is a funny year this year in the league, just look at chelsea, man u, liverpool, its only City that seem to have a flow so far. Palace and Swansea will both be easily top ten too. As for the performance, solid, lucky to play only 10 men but they still did a pro job and thats not always easy. Tadic was creative and offered creativity, Mane great again. Pelle was super (I thought he was our only good player on Thursday too). Although I would still love Morgan here, and this is just one game, it goes to show that every player can be replaced. Romeu was superb. Let Big Vic go if he wants, as long as we get the money.

A lot of the young ones have had it good the last 5 or 6 years. A beating like that (although Im still stewing and frusted at it myself) is a good grounding now and then. Football, for the fast majority of fans, is more about the lows than the highs and how we move on past them.

Looking forward to seeing this young lad play. Just the position we needed (along with CB) for me and just because he struggled to get in the Chelsea team does not mean anything, they have a terrible record of bringing through players. Sturridge, Lukaku, Matric, De bryne (sps?),,, all left Chelsea to get game time.

I love the away kit. And one reason I love it is that it's the away kit. To me away kits should be a bit different, something that obviously would not be done to the home kit. And also in 10 years time when we look back at highlights and remember things then the kits are crucial to place when it happened. Much like the sash home kit from a few years ago I know exaclty what season that was becasue of the distinctive kit.

100 saints fourm posters could dis the boy and I'd still have faith in R.K as he knows more than most of us put together about a) what a play is like b) what is COULD be like and c) his plan for the player.
