Fair point , but you must admit that in the main it doesn't seem to work it is a nebulous job to say the least for the most part

Can't think of a successful setup that has ever included a DoF and 40k a week is just crazy - you could get several decent players for that at this level I am fully behind our approach - I am not expecting too much to soon and I hope people won't be dissapointed if we dont get promotion this year - this is all about rebuilding from what will hopefully be our low(e)st point to take us back up where we belong

In the bad old days of Mr Lowe - his new contract would certainly count as a 'new signing' when they were being totted up at the end of pre season. All good stuff he certainly seems high in APs estimation and looks up for it - now if we can just get another 10 or so....

On the other thread I votes to keep him above the others simply because I know he has the talent but it is nothing without the desire and if he aint bothered ( and I suspect it was him amongst others that AP was talking about on Saints TV) then he can FO to Swansea Shame as he could really make a huge name for himself in this league if he wanted to and use us as a spring board to better things

I think for one I have confidence in the set up - there is no more Lowe factor and , as yet , the new regime has not put a foot wrong and is making sensible decisions at every turn plus the word Billionaire keeps bubbling on my lips
