Saw Steve Coogan at Nottingham Uni do a full stand up show to about 25 of us - had 'fat Bob' as a warm up - utterly brilliant and a treat to see a lot of his famous characters before they were famous.

there are awful comedians around , just as there always was. But there are also some excellent 'newer' comics around as well. In the last year I've seen Dara O'Brien , Dave Gorman, Sean Lock, Monty Python and David Mitchell live and they were all great nights out.
