  1. really unbelievable ? , have you met people ? Spent some time in and around the university of Wisonsin in the early 90s and the onion was a physical newspaper then - it was brilliantly written
  2. Philip Lahm or the Gay lion - I am confused?
  3. Pretty sure that is factually correct TBH, not sure a lion gives a crap about anythings opinion. Pretty sure his thought process' only go as far as 1) can I eat it, 2) can I **** it, 3) does it look like it might be trying to **** my missus. Virtually identical to a premiership footballer in that respect
  4. Is the collective noun for Gay Lions a pride ?
  5. Is Coxford a naughty university town ? Like Quimbridge ?
  6. Hythe Primary King Edward VI King Edward VI sixth form Nottingham Uni
  7. The instant healing on a kill with red death is awesome, especially in IB
  8. those are subtely different if you look closely the chaps name is Steve
  9. I like him, only seen him play in the friendly at Brighton but he ran all day long and looked hungry as hell. Very raw but has something about him, I thought. Mind you , I'm crap at predicting these things. Leandre Griffit was my last 'next big thing'
  10. My wife kept her name for a while after we were married as we are both professionals and it made life easier. However after 6 months she said she really wanted to change it as it felt like nothing had really changed. We had lived together for many years and aside from a lovely day we had gone back to our lives exactly as they were. We are older than a lot on here and I know expectations change but she said she had always grown up thinking her last name would change one day in any case
  11. chrislisatommat - PSN Hawkmoon is phenominal. Just need Suros - have had Hard light drop 6 times. My kid ( Matt) really wanted red Death it never droppped - got from Xur on Friday and its dropped 3 times for us since then. Like rerolling perks in iron Banner Just wish the raids weren't so buggy - number of times the sword hasn't dropped on Crota is a real pain. Tuesdays is no officially game night and Fridays is now Xur day
  12. Anyone still playing. Big flaws in the game but it keeps sucking me back it. Only one exotic to go. Iron Banner tomorrow and i love these events
  13. Congratulations, did you take her photo. Now I'm in my 40's its a sad reflection on life that I'm, more interested in the way the photos were taken than the subject matter
  14. Margaret from Fratton
  15. Ms Black from Ventnor has lovely eyes
  16. As a selfish aside I hope it gets sorted as I was taking my son to see Top Gear Live at the O2 in the autumn and he was really looking forward to it
  17. It was prefaced by death coming for him. Death is the only character to be in all his books and always talks in CAPITAL LETTERS the tweet simply said AT LAST SIR TERRY ,WE MUST WALK TOGETHER and after your tweet RB was a rather poignant tweet which simply said 'The end'
  18. This is sadly very very true
  19. So essentially its a millionaire celeb being a spoiled brat and having a hissy fit. Not sure why this is any different to any other pathetic sense of entitlement that the celebrity culture has engendered. Not sure why this has resulted in a 'ban' unless the BBC were on hawkish alert for any reason to swing the axe
  20. A brilliant man with a brilliant sharp mind. His books are superficially dungeons and dragons but if you take any time to read them you will see they are filled with politically relevent biting satire. A great loss, and today I'm very sad. Traded emails with him many years back and met him a couple of times. A towering intellect. In the BBC Big Book top 100 he had more books than any other author by a long long way. Only hinderence was that his fans all preferred different books. A few quotes: The entire universe has been neatly divided into things to (a) mate with, (b) eat, © run away from, and (d) rocks The trouble with having an open mind, of course, is that people will insist on coming along and trying to put things in it. The pen is mightier than the sword if the sword is very short, and the pen is very sharp Just erotic. Nothing kinky. It’s the difference between using a feather and using a chicken. Set a fire for a man and he will be warm for just one night , set fire to a man and he will be warm for teh rest of his life RIP Sir Terry
  21. Not seen it but its an interesting topic for debate. I think a ot of people who are inside aren't inherently evil people - they have had the mist descend and didn't have the failsafe to keep them on the right side of the line in a fleeting moment.
  22. Same Derek who has always been in the Frog, even when the previous owners were there he was playing his guitar.
