I don't even think Yoshida is good enough to start so for me we only have one CB. We really need a new centre back before season starts, hopefully two by end of transfer window.

Pretty sure he would have known about Lambert, Lallana and Shaw. Lovren, after his comments, made it impossible for him to stay. Chambers I'm not so sure about. Whatever happens this season is going to be one hell of a struggle. We will do extremely well to stay up. Can't see Koeman lasting beyond Xmas at this rate.

I thought Koeman wanted two players for each position? Chambers leaving is an utter joke if true. We will be lucky to stay up next season. There really is something very wrong at the club.

This is why I wish the transfer window closed a week before the season starts. Clubs seem to rely until the end of the window to get transfers in. In previous seasons that would have been fine for us, but now it's not. We need a decent start to the season what with the fixture list in December/January. We needed at least 3 before we lost Shaw, Lambert and Lallana. It will be a big struggle next season.

Urgh horrible game. After this game the players, Dodd and Gorman were confronted whilst getting on the coach. Some old guy started screaming at every one of them getting on the coach that were a disgrace to the shirt. He also went right up to Gorman's face and shouted that he was a disgrace. Gorman then started to cry saying it was the anniversary of his wife's death. Not a great day. I think Pearson was named as manager a few days later.

Was that the game where fans started fighting with each other? Some were singing swing Lowe, others shouting at them to get behind the team and it all kicked off from there. I knew at that point it was going to get worse before it got any better. Absolutely awful season, genuinely couldn't be bothered to go each week, but by the Saturday morning I used to think 'well you never know we could play well today' In the end glad I endured that season - makes me appreciate where we are now a lot more.
