Urgh yes forgot about that one. We went round to the players exit after the game to have a moan. Adam hammill swore at some guy calling all the players a disgrace. This guy then told John gorman he was a disgrace, who then walked off crying saying that it was a disgrace that his wife died a year ago, not the football. Graham hiley then reported on the saints website the following Monday that a group of fans had brought up Gorman's personal issues and were disrespectful, despite no one actually bringing it up but Gorman himself.

Didn't get to many away games. But Luton away in 05/06, think it was 2nd or 3rd game of season. We lost and made me realise it could be a very long time before we got back to the Prem

Not quite as pathetic as someone on fb earlier saying they want to boycott the club and return their season ticket! Reminds me of those people who returned their tickets when they had to pay £1 to park

I renewed my student season ticket on Saturday. I got the same thing saying they need a letter to prove that I am still studying for 2012-13. I did however have my student card which entitles me to the NUS card and they accepted this, as the expiry date was 2014. Have you not got a college/uni card with an expiry date on it which you can show them?

The guy who does these shirts sits in front of me in the Northam and is a decent bloke. Lots of positive comments on Facebook about the shirts and people who sit next to me are very happy with their shirts. He also does key rings, phone covers, I pad covers in the same designs.

Any other club who had been in the top flight as long as we were and then got relegated would lose fans. Yes it's annoying that some couldnt be bothered to go when we were at our lowest and needed the fans the most but that's how it goes. There were genuine cases for some who couldn't afford it, had work or child issues and weren't able to go. I was 'lucky' ( not quite sure this is the right word for some seasons) enough to be able to get a season ticket for all the years we were out of the Prem but this doesn't make me any better than anyone else. I'm just glad I did though as after watching all that rubbish then seeing us rise back up I know I can appreciate next season more than I would if I had stopped going for 7 years.

Someone said he never said anything after last seasons promotion until being on the front of the programme, which most were up in arms about. Who cares if he doesn't say anything?! Roll on the start of the season

Would this have been analysed as much as it has if Adkins didn't make those comments after the Coventry game? Also Adkins has done several interviews since, talking about bringing new players in, the latest one being at the weekend. Cortese may well have been angry after the reading game, just as I was and probably most other fans. I really thought we had not only blown the title but automatic as well. I avoided Facebook, twitter, the papers and this place just so I didn't have to read about it. And I didnt look at any of that until we were promoted. Maybe they didn't speak from the reading game until after the Coventry game - if so maybe this is why said handshake was 'cold' as they may not have known how to react to each other. Or this could all be a load of rubbish, who knows. I guess the next couple of weeks will tell all and if we make any signings. I just can't believe we are even discussing the possibility of him being sacked after two successive promotions!

Why are people expecting him to say something now then? Not quite sure what to make of this thread really. Although I suppose you can't really believe anything until it is on the OS.

Are we just talking about the 'cold handshake' photo on the OS or other parts of that day? Furthermore if Adkins had not said about leaving after the Coventry game would that photo have been analysed as much as it was? Despite people on here and journos saying they know something is up and that Adkins will be sacked does everyone think any of this would have been reported were it not for Adkins comments?
