Shaw tweeted someone this week saying he was ok to play this Saturday. This is probably just a carry over from missing the Swansea game and not playing in the U21's.
-
He played the full game against Scotland didn't he? And I assume he wouldn't have trained yesterday so can't see how he has become injured.
-
Physio room states this was picked up on 6 October, so the Swansea game. Unless I'm reading the wrong site?
-
Whatever it is can't see him playing this Saturday. Shame as this is the best chance will we have of beating Man U away. Hopefully he will only be missing for one game.

Boruc posted a pic of his leg on Instagram in some sort of support. The pic was titled 'Not ready yet'. Great

This is why we are nowhere near Europe. We have a great starting 11 but most of the back up isn't good enough. Once injuries and suspensions kick in this will really show.
-
Apparently someone close to the Poland squad said on 5live that Boruc was fully expecting to play tonight. Hopefully just a precaution he didn't play. Really hope so
-
Shaw replyed to someone on twitter earlier if he was to ok to play Saturday and he said yes
-
For one or two games. Hope it's not any longer
-
Lets hope fox isn't playing as well.
-
And some near post goals
-
So a hamstring injury. Brilliant. Hate international breaks
-
Really not bothered about watching it now, unless Lambert comes on. Really hope Boruc isn't badly injured
-
I also thought he was in the training pictures on the Friday before the Swansea game so surely he will be fit enough by now.
-
Unfortunately can see a narrow defeat here, same result as last season. I can't see Man U losing two games in a row at OT. The next 3 games after this one are the ones we really need to pick up points in. Anything at Man U will be a bonus.
-
Well we should have beaten Sunderland and West Ham, so really we should be top Seriously though still a great start, obviously helped by the fixture list. However we do have more very winnable games coming up after Man U - Fulham, Stoke, Hull. Good results in those 3 and we will really start to cement our place in the top half.

Fox is dreadful and was dreadful again today, but the jeering of him when a pass reached it's target was pathetic. It isn't a lack of confidence, he just isn't a PL player at all. So many times others have to help him out, which then leaves other areas exposed. That said really pleased with the 3 points and the clean sheet, which I couldn't see us getting at half time. Boruc was brilliant and gives us a lot of confidence at the back. Boruc and Lallana were MOMs for me today.
-
I'm not being silly at all. Fox is not even half the player Shaw is.
-
It also said he had recovered. Shaw would still be better than Fox, despite not training for the whole week.
-
Anyone see the picture on twitter earlier entitled 'MP addressing the defensive players ahead of Sunday's game' ? No Shaw there. Please don't say he's injured?!
-
This unfortunately. But you can be sure we will get the best deal possible for him. I also hope we don't mess around for ages trying to get a new left back in, unless Targett can make the step up.
-
Unless Shaw wants to go I don't think we will sell him. Still going to be an uncomfortable January though.
