We need to be a it clever. If 15+ goal strikers lead to big bids, lets ensure we only sign those who score up to 14 goals. Or, if we have someone who looks like they might get more than 15 then i would suggest strategically dropping them, maybe against the easier teams. That would be a good chance to blood some youngsters. Equally, we don't want to go for a manager who will simply use us as a stepping stone. We need to be wary of those ambitious foreign managers. We have been stung by MP and now must learn a lesson and get a manager who either wont be stolen from us or have too much ambition. Someone from L1 will do.

Have you thought about making your own furniture? You don't need to be very skilled. I have done my flat out almost entirely with things i have made (apart from the bed). My parents bought a massive coffee table from a well known shop which was delivered to the house in a box. They have the coffee table in their lounge and i am using the box as my coffee table. I put tape around the corners and edges to make it more sturdy and painted the top and sides to make it look better. I have a smaller box as a side table and this one i rather ingeniously varnished to see if it would make it strong and look nice - and it does. If you don't have family who are buying things that come in boxes, a good thing to do is go down to a supermarket and see if they have any spares. All of this can be done at minimal cost. I wouldn't use a box for a dining table.....i tried it and it collapsed when i had some friends round and the dinner ended up ruined on the floor. Luckily, i dont have carpet but sheets if bubble wrap laid down. It looks cool and funky, is comfy to walk on and if things get spilt then you just lift it up and wash it/replace it. The dining table is now a filing cabinet, on its side. I found it in a skip outside an office that was being refurbished. Just keep your eyes open and you'll see all sorts of things lying about outside. It makes going out interesting - im always on the look out for things that i can use in the house. Im getting more confident in making things rather than just using things, this is quite a big step and you'll need to build up to it. Best of luck kitting out your new place, Will.

I would like to see the club diversify. We have done exceptionally well both on and off the pitch ver the last few years and many football clubs could learn from us. For example, our social media work and the use of YouTube is second to none. I think we could establish ourselves as a viable PR or TV company. We have experience and a creative vision in this area so why waste it? It could bring in another stream of revenue that could be used to invest in the club and associated businesses. Obviously i would like us to invest in players but we have to be honest. We are not going to break top 4. Therefore we need to think laterally. What could we be successful at? With a CEO with a background in ice hockey, what about having a ice hockey franchise? Either here or abroad. Wear the same kit, same badge etc. it could be an area that we really excel in. I would rather see us be successful at something that unsuccessful at everything.

Steve Grant says we should grow up and ignore what we don't like. So why should we ignore what we don't like in some instances but other people are banned? Why has Steve, boj and other mods banned others or infracted them for crimes such as being sarcastic if its as simple as ignoring people. oh, I thought you said you were after advice? My advice to you is to judge all people on merit and on their actions. If someone is a big racist and makes racist comments, think of them as an ignorant bellend. If someone kidnaps people think of them as a nasty bastard.
