Great player, great bloke no doubt. But out why are we and every other club commemorating his death? thiught it was ironic that Ron Atkinson was into news the other day, he least he didn't call him lazy.
-
Anyone remember this guy from the Dell days? Stupid question really, loads will. But what happened to him, in fact do not recall ever seeing him at SMS. Just wondering like.
-
sorry, it was not meant to be sarcastic, I just thought you had made an error. But now i see that you actually meant 'we won' at Watford, even though we did not, according the EPL anyway.
-
Have we already beaten Watford next week then?
-
sounds intriguing? (or more sinister?)

yeah, he is also on FB. Arsenal fan. Tourist. Still doesn't explain how he tracked me to my works email (which is not even the one registered on here), knew my name. Think a Saint Web security investigation is a must.

Anyone else get a message from this guy? I got this on my works email: "Hi mate, i am looking for Southampton vs Liverpool tickets February 11th. Do you have any? Aldas" Assuming it must be someone i know, I replied with "Do I know you?" and his reply was: "No, I saw a post of yours on a Saints forum. I live in the US, it’s hard to find tickets for this game. " So this is the only forum i use, how did he get my name and email address? If it is genuine then maybe a few others on here have heard from him. Otherwise he is clearly getting me confused with another splinter cell operating in or near Southampton. Anyone else on this guy?

Interesting but written by a Man Utd fan, not really an unbiased view. The last sentence sums up his opinion. I think the general 'victim' comment is aimed primarily because of Hillsborough (there are still so many people that think drunk Liverpool fans storming a gate was the reason for the loss of life) because lets face it, the posters above using the comment will almost certainly not be party to the reasons highlighted in the article you have quoted. So it would be interesting to ask S-Clarke and Pamplemouse why did they specifically use the word 'victim' in their post?

To be honest, i do not have a problem with scousers, aside from one of their teams nicking our players I think it is a great place. In fact, after every match up there I have always come away chatting to the locals and found their knowledge and appreciation of our performances very refreshing compared to the ****s down the M62. I don't get this 'victim' thing, unless having 96 of your own supporters killed unlawfully makes you a 'victim' because you have campaigned for over 25 years to get justice. Every time I go to Liverpool I enjoy the city, the nightlife/restaurants and the variety of shopping etc. I think it is vibrant, friendly and very atmospheric. I cannot say the same about Southampton at all. I do not go out for a night out in Toxteth or Bootle or Kikby, in the same way as i do not go for a night out in Thornhill, Millbrook or Weston.
-
a night in Liverpool compared to a night in Southampton, there is simply no comparison. You have been to Liverpool and thought it was ****, in what context?
-
Clearly you have never been to Liverpool then. Stupid morose cliche.

Could be worse for you. I'm sitting in a bar in Ko Samui that is run by Zenit Russians that remind me of the two guys in Pulp Fiction. Bring out the Gimp!

There is only one stat that counts.

We'll get Everton away. I dreamt it the other day.
-
I don't know what else they may have chanted (I suspect nothing worse, otherwise that would have been quoted), but "does your boyfriend know you're here..." is ridiculous, I mean it's hardly homophobic at the best, in fact it could be a straight forward question? Personally, if he had any sense he would have taken it to crown court.

Loved too much? Up there with Lambert and Lallana as the best in recent years. Class is permanent, form can be temporary (unless you are Torres)
-
Probably just stick with the half and half scarf.

Staggering that some on here would not take. Him back. And some think he was not even that good for us Would have him over Oriel anyday, imagine him and Lemina!
-
Massive game really, will be the game whereby we really will see what we really are. Bournemouth are there for the taking if we actually take it yo them. Like to see the same team as tonight with Austin up front and Boufal just behind him. The width can come from the FB's so Stevee D just in front of Lemina and Romeu
-
To be fair it was ether 4 or 5 minutes extra time but we would have won if we didn't mess up those 2 perfect opportunities
-
Yoshida and Houdet should have scored
-
The 2 opportunities we had though, really it should have ended 3-2 to us both taken and messed up by defenders
-
Some rubbish defense at the end everyone goes for the ball but know-one stays on sterling

"So when does the big zero turn to 1?"
