Llalana has his shooting boots on.

Wouldn't say that Manji. But as i grow older i've noticed how some people just love meetings about meetings about meetings about meetings......................
-
Richard is one of lifes unpolished diamonds. You have to understand that with people like Richard, what they really like is all the meetings and semi-social activity. An actual succesfull outcome would feel like coming down from a high, and would leave them feeling somehow disappointed.
-
It is already known that we want to sell them,if you know of any mugs prepared to take them off our hands, don't be shy in letting the club know.
-
When did Raziak and Skacel last show they cared a jot about the team/club/fans?
-
I am willing to bet that given the right deal,he will take some good loanees if he can. Even Lowe must know that bodies are thin on the ground, and the lads will need some cover and periods of rest.
-
People have to realise that Burley was/is a washed-up freeloader who only looked for the easy option, giving only a fraction that a manager needs to give. We now have 4 intelligent coaches giving their all, with players giving their all. And people want the same as last season, with less able players?
-
I don.t see anyone offering an alternative that will work/and we can afford. Why do people think those that failed last season will do the business this season? Do they have players in mind, that we can get,who will do better?
-
I.m looking forward to the last few days of the transfer window. We might get some pleasant surprises.
-
Nobody knows who these sides are yet CHEZ. But they are there every season.Or is this to be an exceptional season to suit the prevailing agenda of those living in cloudo cuckoo land and not prepared to accept the reality of the situation the club is in.
-
And Matron, the alternative is? Carry on with the same pathetic journeymen, even weaker than last season. Great Idea. Certain relegation. Clear out and replace with a load of more cheaper journeymen of probably even less ability and even poorer attitude. ANOTHER GREAT IDEA. Time people came down from the clouds to Starbucks.

Is part of Lowes strategy not only to encourage young players and their parents to look on Saints as somewhere where they will not only get top-notch coaching and an early chance to experience first-team football;but that top clubs will want to lend us their young players who are not ready for the first team, but who need something more competitive than reserve team football. Heres hoping.Other teams have gained promotion on the back of loans from top teams.
-
If you reduce the number of young players you will end up with the same dross we saw last season and before,as the experienced players will impose the same old failed methods of play. The young players will not suit this old style play and they will struggle. This is why so many youngsters, who are introduced gradually to the first team, fail. They come into a team who play hoof-ball,when all their coaching has been about proper football. This is the problem throughout the leagues, bar the better premier clubs, where Arsenal are the ultimate example of All their sides playing the same way. Many youngsters capable of making a pro. career never stand a chance because of the sh*te played by the first team. For what Saints are trying to do,the young players must dominate, while some older heads are utilised to maintain a steady ship duirng times of pressure. That way the team will progress and the club will maximise the number of young players who will make the grade. There are enough crap sides in the CCC that we should not be unduly worried that the boys can pick up enough points as they learn the pro trade.
-
Too many people are assuming that today is as good as it is going to get, which is patent nonsense. These youngsters will be unrecognisable by the end of the season. They are also lucky to be given the chance that they would have been unlikely to have got elsewhere. They are also priveleged to be reciving intelligent coaching to a degree they would never experience otherwise. It is because of this that they will take thier chance. The Itchen bridge is still there the last time i looked.
-
The commentary on Solent suggested that when under pressure the team reverted to 'English" football, which was very disappointed, but understandable in young players.
-
One thing JP should have leaned from his first real experience of CCC,is that a lot of work needs to be done on setpieces at both ends.
-
I said yesterday that set-pieces would decide how our season goes. Even with Killer we just can't Defend them.
-
Saints have steadied since the subs came on.Well done JP.
-
We are falling into the trap of just kicking anywhere.Old British habits die hard.
-
What ever happens today,it has been great experience for the lads.
-
They agree with me on Solent
-
Why is Davis kicking so much long ball, instead off building from the back.Is the state of the pitch changing the way we were expected to play.
-
They only swallow some, then spit the rest back at you.
-
Stellimg yes. But the ex-pros have had the inside story from MLT,apart from thier inate hatred of those who come into the game from outside.
-
Sky neutral? They think Lowe is a bigger W**ker than Saints fans do.
