Morgan will go. It's a shame but that's modern football. I wouldn't begrudge him a move as he's been a great servant to the club and helped got us where we are today.

Awesome game. I now have to drink on a school night!
-
Play to our strengths and be up for the game I think we will get a draw, could pinch a win. This is United at OT though so I expect a loss by one dubious goal assisted by Phil Dowd.

What he said ^

What's our allocation?

Hoping to go if the tickets reach general sale.

Awesome, that was still a very good Arsenal side at the emirates

I'll always support Saints but will happily say farewell to our premier league status. Further up the football ladder the worse it gets. Corruption and money -
I quite like the championship so win win for me. You don't get royally screwed over there and the league is soooo much better

Bad news but just another rollercoaster moment supporting Southampton FC. Be grateful that the club is in existence to support it. Like many you follow the club through the good and the bad times. -
Congrtaulations mate, I managed to brainwash my son into being a Saints fan even though he was born in Norfolk and has never lived down south, I tried with my daughter but she's not keen on football

The fact we have so many players recently reaching 100 caps shows how stagnated the England team has become. Is this due to new talent not emerging from the club/national youth system or the fact that if they show any promise they get promoted too quickly to the senior side. Leave the quality in the U19's and U21's so these teams can bond and grow together and be a team when they reach the age of the senior side. This really isn't rocket science but the English FA let young players in too early under pressure from the media to blood young talent in the senior side. What I state is the fact these guys shouldn't be earning 100 caps due to a failure in the youth set up and progression of young talent. It's been shamefully managed by the English FA whilst other nations have recognised this fact and kept their youth teams together.

The fact that so many England players are heading to the 100 cap mark speaks volumes why the national team is in the state that it is! Old boys club with no fresh impetus being introduced. To achieve 100 caps for your country you should be an amazing talent. Unfortunately it's average-good players that are achieving this. Too many old has beens in the team.

Mid eighties terraces and railings in the Milton Road end for me, my best memories. Caught the bus from Hythe and I think the return bus cost more than the £1 to get into the football.

It's not as if Marriner had a bad view of the incident, it's as if he's looking for the opportunity to award a penalty!
