Too much Christmas brandy Dalek?

Great Saints crowd last night and despite the cold and dissappointment on the pitch the atmsophere was brilliant. I travelled back to Sussex on a train load of Palace fans and they all commented on the noise we made.

Just got back from the game. Having read the posts on here it's difficult to find any positives to add. We played with some nice moves at times but there is, as so often, no end product. Palace were always going to be a hard test with Warnock's trade mark physical team and they kept us at bay whenever we came close to goal. It was like watching a team of talented but naive youngsters against the wise professionals of Palace who always made sure we came of second best when push came to shove (literally at times. Come on ref..!) Not a great deal to cheer the Saints fans who turned out on a bitterly cold night. Palace are not the most attractive team to watch and there are no flare players in their side to speak of but they get results.

I'm going with a Palace workmate. Looking forward to it..
