Hello i was just wondering if anyone on the forum was going to post details of joining a mini league for the saints forum ...i joined one on here last year and as yet there dosnt appear to be one to join,also about the dream team there dosnt seem to be all of the saints squad to choose from and a lack of choice regarding all the other teams for that matter.

for everything else theres a lovely quote..................brilliant mate just brilliant mad me chuckle.

so the way i see it its ok for manure to compete financially to the tune of say £181 million wages and be in debt dont forget to the tune of £600-750 million and still be ok for the ffp? yet were solvent and get shafted for being responsible..........um weird

and if the clubs value plummets then there would possibly be more parties intrested at a better price eh!?

i like most of what you said in the post but i honestly dont belive Ronald Koeman will leave and yes the lack of deepth in the squad showed especially when we had no keeper and we used our 2-3 string keepers we won no matches and that cost us a better finish towards the end of the season due to the lack of deepth in an already streched squad.Id be surprised if we can get a squad as good (but we as fans want better) as the players we had last season to combine together as a unit quite as quickly a we would like to see, it could be a hard season coming up,of course we dont want that to happen but its very much on the cards.

so what your saying reading between the lines is we had to let the others go aswell?.........the answer quite simply is YES the only loyalty this club has is its fans ! you and me and many others know players and agents have the club by the scrotum as soon as they sign a contract, what we need is a bigger stadium that brings in more revenue to generate a bigger pool of money to keep players happier for a while longer,then sell them on for more.

wow at last someone putting into context of how the club is selling our top players to top teams and nothing we can do just sit back and wait for it to end and then go through it all again in January if jay rod is fit and playing well...........and so on ......

bloody hell how quick opinions of our own former players change.........its got **** all to do with you or me as to how the agents percive whats best for thier bank accounts and stuff the rest but to wish its threatens his careers stupid .

You see here lies the problem face by us and many other england supporters of those you just mentioned the talent pool for english players is becoming smaller each year in top flight football because clubs and not too much in our case due to the exellent accademy want to buy foreign now im a huge saints and england fan but dont you think it would be fantastic if for once we were good at a major competition but sadly i fear not and it will be many years to come and maybe not in my lifetime .

lmao thats so true and thats what baffles me about the so called experts they always back up mediocraty with crap statements.

and there in lies the problem for the england national team non of which would help in the slightest and so it goes on and when teams such as ourselves do develope them we cant keep hold of them long enough to reap and silverware and rewards,only it seems financial and some high praise from other so called expert pundits.
