New songs to reflect our wonderful position as a club
Saint-Fred replied to Turkish's topic in The Saints
GAO came to Europe to buy a football team Instead he bought Southampton as Fat Kat saw him coming He borrowed loads of money and now he's in the ****e But when the loan sharks knee cap him, we'll party through the night. -

I never said it was? I said looking at the positives for him he now has a business in Britain whether we go down or not and whether the value drops, it probably doesn't really matter to him.

Do any of the first team players give a d@*n?
Saint-Fred replied to SFKA South Woodford's topic in The Saints
If this is true why didn't we get a rant from him at any other game this year? Where was he when Watford stole a point last year? He wasn't on TV demanding VAR then was he? It's Probably Because he is so self involved he only bothers commenting on "his" goal because he lost "his" bonus. He couldn't give a **** if we go down he just wants as much money as he can get whilst he can get it. -
I am not sure who you think is picking Austin and Hoedt? 3 wins in 21 games is sackable for a Sunday league manager let alone a professional. It's his job to sort out the fitness and the individual errors...if it's not his job to get results then it's no wonder we are in such trouble.

The Chinese are big into respect, this c"nt Goa deserves none. Hence the disrespect that people won't even spell his name right. Also it will be easier to fit in a song. #go on now Goa, walk out the door...we don't want you anymore

Fat Kat must be loving this. Should sold just at the right time and although she will need to cut back on a few burgers to compensate for the loss on the 20% she still holds, she is laughing all the way to the bank. Goa still probably thinks £200m to get a foot in Britain ain't so bad after all he can sell anything not tied down, keep the parachute payments and get most of that back even if we do go down.

There is only one team that has won as few games as us...but I don't think we are the worst team, however we are the worst club. No one else is so poor from the top of he organisation down to the first team manager and centre backs etc...even Those with poor owners have something going for them, a decent manager (Newcastle) or a decent player (palace)

Exactly this. The strategy was to buy players to put them in the shop window to sell, why would the club put a restriction on our best customer?

Saints to give £250,000 to Gift to Richard Scudamore
Saint-Fred replied to Hatch's topic in The Saints
This is just typical of modern society...don't do the right thing in case someone makes it difficult for you. Principles have totally gone due to a lack of backbone. -
We sell anyone who gets a song..do you get the link...they play well fans get behind them and create a song so they get sold. It's a brilliant strategy we have remember? The envy of every other club...turn us into a stepping stone with absolutely no thought about the impact that would have on supporters, the next generation of supporters or the atmosphere.

TBF I am surprised that was sung in the first place!

A cardboard box? Times will be hard for Goa seeing as his business is struggling and he is probably in negative equity for his purchase of the club already let alone if we go down but I don't think he will need a cardboard box...i am sure fat Kat will put him up for a while. It would be good for him to see how she is spending his money!

Yeah..make Pompey pay 250k for the money he earned them when they were there! Personally I couldn care what he gets paid bu it's Absolutely disgraceful if this payment is not based upon merit payments during his tenure. It's not funny that the big clubs want a bigger share of income but are happy to let other clubs pay the same share of out goings! -
Lol here's a club plant..focusing on the real issues, whether Goa has his name spelt right. Goa needs to **** off away from our club and take the Fat **** Kat with him.

If the last few years hadn't been so poor including managerial appointments then you could say there is nothing to worry about. But frankly if we had shareholders this bunch of muppets would be long gone. they have already proven they are useless so I can't see why you would defend their ability to appoint someone who knows about football this time? In all likelihood unless Fat Kat, silent Goa and Wreckit Ralph go we are pretty much up there with the weakest clubs, leadership wise in the top two divisions.

There is a couple of hundred million reasons she did what she did. Does she even go to games now?
-
And yet when they get to European competition these English teams can't compete...Us West Ham Burnley Everton all crashed in the Europa league against sides on tiny budgets compared to our clubs....if the money is improving the players at the lower clubs why are they all so poor?

We scored a goal which I can't remember us doing for ages

Man City 6-1 defeat dissection post match thread.
Saint-Fred replied to saint lard's topic in The Saints
Is there one person surprised? We are rubbish they are very good. -
It's actually a clever move..it won't be a case of clubs grinding out 0-0s to avoid relegation, it will be a football fest....Harlem globe trotters style where teams can just play out the entertaining games required to please the audience. You could even see a scenario where the teams win the same number of championships over the period giving the perception of an even league and keeping all the fans from getting despondent because thier team is the one not competing.
-
It's already dead but propped up...why are the top 6 able to get a bigger share of the oversea rights? Because no one in China is the slightly bit interested in Saints v West Ham..or any of the other games excluding the top 6 (actually it's only 5 as spurs aren't a draw). That's why the gap is being allowed (even encouraged) to grow, the premier league need the top 5 to be the top 5. It doesn't matter who the rest of the fodder is as no one in the Far East have any concern if Swansea, Cardiff or Newcastle go up or down....as long as someone is lined up to be beaten 4-0 in the gaps between the big sides playing each other.

It's got to happen as every league in Europe is now like Scotland with a handful of clubs dominating. Unless something is done domestic football will die anyway. The problem for those clubs is that a hierarchy will soon appear within that league and a couple of the 11 will soon fall away from the others....imagine that Liverpool not winning anything for 30 years as they can't get past Real Madrid? Oh you don't have to imagine do we..it's like them in the premier league! Lol

https://www.thesun.co.uk/sport/football/3422978/premier-league-blocked-gao-jisheng-200m-southampton/ Goven his alleged past there must be a joke about his alleged criminal past in that line somewhere?

Luckily we haven't got a manager who has had a team concede 7 to city previously! Maybe that might help and he will just play 10 defenders?
